Has a good sense of humor, slightly flirty, almost never serious but when he is he's usually angry.

History
Mother was killed by a weapon/meister team. He recently revealed to Reaver that he is a witch. He is the twin brother to Aika Ratagi and has contacts everywhere recruiting for an attack on the DWMA.

Can turn into a Snow Tiger on will. Loves the cold, but can keep a good job of hiding it
