Appearance: he is about 4ft and 6ich (he's short for his age), he has shy brown eyes, and he has neon green hair with yellow highlights (plus he has a very adorable face) :3. he usually wears a lime green t-shirt and lime green shorts, when he gets upset, scared or excited sparks start to form on him and he accidentally shocks people who get too close

personality: since he mostly grew up in the woods he has pretty bad people skills, meaning he's shy and its hard for him to trust new people, he will usually be very quiet when being introduced to new people and has a problem with trying new things that scare him, he's shy but he's really lovable and loyal when you get to know him

history: when he and his older brother tori were younger they got in a car crash that killed their parents and left them stranded in the woods. The crash caused them both to loose part of their memory about their parents (like who their parent were and where they lived before the crash), in the woods his brother Tori defended him from threats and harm and Milo became dependent on him and become very quiet. After a few years in the woods some hunters found the two living with a wolf pack and took them back to a death city orphanage, they were adopted by a mean man that was a bit abusive to them. One day milo was hit by the man and Tori snapped and attacked the man nearly to death. He and Tori ran away and roamed the streets and had to defend themselves (even though Tori did the fighting
