Name: The Ring of Gyges

Purpose: To uphold the ideals of balance and death as directed by their leader, Glaucon. More specifically, it's designed to hunt down and destroy the most powerful beings in the world.

Leader: The Kishin, Glaucon

Location: While unofficial, the Faction has a secret base in the basement below Glaucon's home. The entire project is privately funded by Glaucon's original human form as well as the occational bank robbery or looting under the disguise of a random civilian. While incomplete, the main structure is finished as well as a hidden entrance in a nearby allyway for easy access. Each member will be able to design their own character's room.

Description: The Ring of Gyges is a growing circle of beings who follow Glaucon's cause, mostly specially made dragon-based Clowns and volunteers who agree to follow him. Below the generals of the Ring is a nearly limitless army of lesser Clowns formed by Glaucon's madness that members of the order are able to call and command at any moment. As long as Glaucon exists, he can effortlessly revive any of the Clowns he creates and call them in most situations.

Currently, the Ring contains 2 powerful Clowns, an army avalable at a moment's notice, and a Demon Weapon with Black Blood, making it a dangerous military force that is not to be taken lightly. Also, it is a very real possibillity that members can aquire Black Blood and be trained in how to control their Black Blood upon request. As Glaucon gains power, the bennifits may increase signifigantly.

Requirements: Any Clown created by Glaucon for the Ring will be dragon-based. Meaning the standard Clown's appearence will be along the lines of human-like with scales and/or dragon-like features with room for large variations between members.

Other than that, the only requirement is that the members understand the phrase "Power without purpose is meaningless" and follow the orders of the Kishin Glaucon.
