Appearance: he is short, has eerie green eyes and short red hair, he usual cloths is a red and yellow joker outfit and his casual cloths is a green t-shirt and dark green shorts
Personality:  he is very sadistic and loves to torture innocent people mercilessly and enjoys every single moment, but if he doesn’t get his way he’ll throw a temper tantrum and anyone who gets in his way or make him angrier will suffer the dire consequences
Likes: Torturing innocent people with every type of torturing methods there is but his favorite method is whipping and using his powers to make people’s nightmares real, he enjoys bloody murder movies and actually laughs as if it’s a comedy, He absolutely loves the suffering and misfortune of others even if it’s not him making them suffer, He also likes Abby (not introduced yet) because she puts up a great fight but he only sees her as a great opponent and nothing else, He looks up to Crow as a role model because of how sadistic he is  
Dislikes: When he doesn’t get his way he lets everyone know that he’s unhappy by throwing a temper tantrum, Victims who try to escape his evil clutches is one of his number on pet peeves and it annoys him to no end, people that aren’t intimidated or scared of him are “no fun” to him and he couldn’t care less of their existence, When his torture sessions get interrupted by other people he will get really irritated because he gets deprived of his “fun”
History: Chester was always a mean and sadistic child and loved to push unsuspecting people down stairs and jump out and scares people. He became really dangerous when he started practicing dark magic when he was about 5 years old and decided to test it out on random people. One day a warlock named Lance (some of you may know him) showed Chester how to enhance his power and suggested that he should join Alisha’s (some may know her too) evil army and Chester quickly joined, since then when him and Lance have free time they go out and torture innocent people together

Going to be pretty quick and straightforward here.... You need a bit more in the appearence so we at least know what they normally wear, you need to expand his personallity a bit, an animal form, and there has to be some kind-of history........

Sorry this took so long. Accepted! Chester seems like a pretty fun character, the fear ability could be intresting, and I just imagine someone being guilted into being his prisoner again after he throws a temper tantrum, lol!

This character's animal form and personality need an extension. Also, please the coding in this one
