Appearance: Kataro is about 5'10 with a slim body, but muscular and extremely toned. He has white hair that flails in all directions and the length of said hair is about 5 inches. Kataro has clear, peanut butter skin, and hazel eyes. Perfect white teeth, and he usually has a smirk on his face. He wears a black hoodie that has short sleeves, and white fur around the edges of the hood. A pair of black jeans cover his legs and a pair black shoes to match. Kataro has tattoos covering his entire upper body. He has a few visible ones on his hands and some on his knees and down.

Personality: Kataro is actually a pretty cool guy. He is pretty calm and collected. He is amazing when it comes to keeping his temper and holding his tongue. Kataro is nice to people that are nice to him, and he can be pretty rude to people that treat him badly. He is very protective over people that he cares about and makes sure that he does his best to care for them. Kataro can be pretty impatient at most times, but not severely. Kataro is sometimes completely mean when he's in a bad mood. He won't speak, and if he does, he's telling you to go away. But it's not that often that Kataro is in a bad mood. Kataro can get along with people very easily. He can make a life long friend at the snap of a finger. He can understand and relate to people really well. Kataro is also kinda goofy. He like to crack jokes, make fun of his friends, and play around. But when it's time to get serious, Kataro can get REALLY a serious. He can go straight from playful to stern and powerful. Which is more useful than most people think. But overall, Kataro is a caring person that wants to be known for being kind and honorable.

History: Kataro comes from a very shady family. He was born from a clan that is completely drenched in evil. His clan originated in ancient China, and they are known for their business. The Hattori clan: Clan of Assassins. The Hattori clan would often get paid to murder, thieve, spy, and all sorts of other things. Most of the clan members would do those things just for fun! They are all highly skilled, and fairly crazy. They were known as "The Scourge of China", because no one had the balls to stop them, because everyone knew that they were too strong. Argen, a member of the clan, left China and moved to Death City. The reason being he was being hunted down so he fled. He met a Witch named Elaine that lived in the city, long story short, they got married. They gave birth to two boys: The elder brother, Katashiru, and the younger, Kataro. Kataro was somewhat separated from his family. They payed less attention to him and didn't care as much about him as they did the elder brother. But Kataro didn't mind. He was somewhat of a lone wolf when he was a child. But, his family certainly trained him very very well. He began his training at five years old and hasn't stopped since. He was completely extraordinary! A prodigy! By the time Kataro was ten years old, he was assassinating, stealing and spying all on his own, and getting paid for it. He was arrogant as a child because he knew that most kids his age stood no chance against him. He started to attend the DWMA at the age of thirteen, but quietly. If word got out that he was a member of the Hattori clan, he could get kicked out. It was risky, but he was allowed to join anyway. He learned basic knowledge, advanced fighting, and all sorts of things at the DWMA. He even learned this thing called MORALS! He realized that killing people for money wasn't the best thing he could be doing with his life. So he stopped. It took a while, but he broke away from the tradition of his clan and lived his own life. Many years later, at the age of 20, he began teaching martial arts, battle strategy, and geography at the DWMA. He now leads a pretty normal life, and he plans on keeping it that way.

Kataro's Abilities:
Being raised by a family of master assassins, Kataro is nothing short of skilled, and he has a skill set to prove it.

Shadow Body: Kataro can partially turn invisible for a limited amount of time. (four posts) He isn't completely invisible, his body is just faded to a transparent state. It works best in darkness.

Hollow Replica: with this, Kataro can make up to three clones that do his bidding. The clones aren't very strong or anything, but they can be helpful. The clones instantly vanish after a decent hit.

Soul Strands: With this ability, Kataro is able to extend his wavelength out of the tips of his fingers to make strings that are hardly severable. Soul based weapons could saw through the strings with a decent amount of effort. Or an attack from the soul could break, other than that, they're hard to break. The strings can extend, retract, wrap, tighten, all by the guidance of Kataro's hands.

Dark Exhale: An ability passed down by Kataro's family, the user simply breathes out a dark, black smoke, that acts as a screen to hinder sight. Not a very offensive ability, but useful for assassination.

Kataro has one last ability that he calls "Accel". With this ability Kataro utilizes his pretty good wavelength control, and blasts it out of the bottom of his feet. With this, Kataro can propel himself forward at incredible speeds. He can use it while kicking people to increase the damage as well.
