The Dragon Empire: looking for recruits

Location: A mountain range//mountain village

A young man wearing armor, followed by a group of cat soldiers, walked around a mountain village, each person he passed dropped to the ground and bowed, deathly afraid of what he might do if they didn't. As the young man strolled around the village, looking down at everyone like a king, his foot steps melted snow, causing steam to rise, and also trailing behind his was a deadly spinned dragon tail. This person wasn't a mere human, he was actually a warlock, in fact he didn't even have his soul protect on, this was a warlock that had no intention to hide it.

For anyone who was visiting the mountain village that hadn't been there three days earlier would've thought he was a local, bullying warlock, but in truth the village actually gave their allegiance to him because of the bandits that threatened to attack, he was protecting the village, though he viewed them as cowards for not fighting back he agreed to protect the village in exchange that the mountain folk look to him as their ruler, and he was reminding them who was in charge.


Also, he was looking for more soliders and allies, he recently put up fliers around calling out those who weren't afraid to join the warlock's newly growing army, and in bold letters on the fliers it said Preferably people who has special abilities, he was in fact hinting witches, but he would also except those with skills.

Now he was looking around the village, seeing if there was any humans in the mountain village that would be brave enough to stand And ask to join, but so far he was out of luck, the villagers were mostly peaceful folks, so hopefully an outsider would come soon, or outsiders.

Chloe Carmen, the necromancer witch and her small group of 5 elite soldiers had arrived to the village after a long road from Death City. What were her plans? She wanted to meet a famous warlock that is creating a new power. The witch looked at the village, like she was hoping to find something interesting.

The witch had pale skin, dark brown hair and glasses. She was wearing a black jacket, white, elegant shirt, a witch hat and black trosuers. She looked somehow elegant, natural and dangerous. Mostly thanks to her escort. She was a person with power that obviously had many talents.

"We should find that warlock now...Of course if the stories about him are truth." She said to her people as she started to wander around the area. Chloe looked curious, very curious.

Zane stopped in his tracks as his cat soldiers suddenly turned around and started to growl, they sensed that a powerful being was in the area, and they thought it was trouble. Zane turned around to look what the commotion was all about and saw her. An elegant, powerful looking individual that was mostly likely a witch. Zane smirked and started walking towards her, but as he approached her the smirk disappeared from his face and was replaced with a serious look, he wanted to be professional in front of a potential new member of his army. "I am Zane, the ruler around her, state your business" he said with a commanding tone, though his eyes were glittering with awe and curiosity.

"I've have arrived here to meet a powerful warlock. A person that took control over this area. That became a true king of this land. And. Here you are." Chloe replied politely. She noticed the glitter in his eye. She knew that her arrival must be something that he wanted to experience.
Luck was on her side. The witch wanted to know more about the young ruler of his own newly created kingdom.
"Every lord needs an army and generals to command the army. But the general also can be "the second hand" of the ruler. I'm offering my services, sir" With these words, the witch bowed slighlty.
"My name is Chloe Carmen. Yes, I'm a witch. My power: Necromancy. I've got army, resources, talented people and my own mind." Chlie said with a nice looking smirk.
The whole time she was trying to look elegant, like a buisnesswoman, like a good leader or general.

Zane let the smirk that disappeared earlier creep back on his face, what an interesting witch, And she isn't bad to look at either I must say, he thought. Zane bowed gentleman like "Welcome, miss Chloe, I will gladly except your offer, but of course, after an interview that is~", he said, of course he really didn't have a reason NOT to recruit her, maybe he wanted to know a little more about his new ally.

"I would like to have this interview in my castle, if you don't mind walking a bit farther that is" he said with a grin, his cat soldiers growled in suspension, and Zane gave them a stern growl back "Don't you dare growl, our lovely guest is to be treated with respect!" He said, before smiling at Chloe "now, shall we?~"

"Yes, of course, sir.I understand that you would like to know more about the people that are going to work with you sir..Or, should I be saying "my lord"?" The smirk wouldn't disappear from Chloe's young-looking face.

The witch turned to her soldiers. "Soldiers! Your order is to stay here and wait for my return." The witch ordered with a serious look on her face. Her soldiers showed her full respect, trust and loyalty. They all saluted and said loudly "Yes, lady Carmen!"
The captain of the soldiers na looked looked at Zane's cat warriors

After this, Chloe turned back to Zane "Lead the way, my lord" She said with a calm voice

Kristen Bell was strolling through town with her hands around her necklace just in case she needed to summon archy. She ended up wandering into a group of warriors. She was frightened because she wasn't used to a lot of people. She stood their looking at them. "Hello..."

Zane nodded and after telling his cat guards to stay too, he turned to start towards the mountain castle, only to almost run into Kristen. Zane looked down at her and raised an eyebrow "Hello....Are you here because of my offer?" He asked, then.his expression got a bit harder "If you're not here for business I advise you don't interfere...." He said in a bit more stern voice.



OOC: It'll be me, Raccoon, and then Ark, anyone that joins after will be afterwards Ark

Chloe looked at the young looking girl. Her face expression quickly turned into a surprised one. She wasn't expecting anyone more. At first, she thought that it was one of Zane's servants. But when she realized that he didn't know her, she started to wonder who was the girl. Was she a witch?
However, the girl looked so adorable in Chloe's opinion, so her interrupt didn't matter to her

Kristen didn't know what he was referring to. She looked at him and turned her head. "Offer?" She got confused and decided to ask Archy. She blew into her necklace causing her jewel on her forehead to glow then the phoenix flew down and landed on her shoulder. It looked at everyone and screeched. "Archy do you know what this man is talking about...?" The flames from the bird began to settle down. "What offer mister...?"

Zane's eyes grew wide in awe, this girl DID have magic, Hmmm, she can summon a giant fire bird at will, astonishing, a power like that might be very useful, it also makes me wonder what else this girl is capable of, The dragon warlock thought, becoming interested in the new arrival. Half ignoring her first question Zane finally replied "I must ask you a question of my own, you are a witch, correct?"

"I have no doubt, that girl must be a witch. A very...interesting and cute one, I must admit" Chloe suddenly said with a polite voice and a nice looking smile. The witch was looking at the newcomer with a curiosity. "If she is really a witch, she will be a very useful ally" She thought

Kristen was rubbing Archy's head when they began to speak. She looked up at them. "I'm... a witch?" She took her finger and rubbd it along the phoenix's back, the fire now attached to her fingertip and draws circles in the air with it, then the flame slowly died. Whenever the cat warriors moved closer to the phoenix to get a better look, Archy began to feel threatened. The color of Archy's flames changed to white and the area around her and Archy began to heat up more. "I don't know mister."

Zane tilted his head slightly with a raised eyebrow "How can you not be a witch? You have magic" he asked in confusion, This girl doesn't even know what she is, hmmm, that could be interesting, she'd be like clay, I could mold her into exactly what I want..., Zane thought with a grin.

"So, my lord. What are you going to do with this interesting girl?" Chloe asked, as she looked at Zane. In her opinion, a person like her can't be left alone. With their help she could become one of the more powerful witches. At least, that was Chloe's opinion

Kristen kept staring at the people as they talked. She was getting frightened because of all of the men staring at her, so she krept behind Chloe. Archy kept feeling threatened by the constant stream of people. He molted his white flames and they turned green, making the area even hotter. He began to screech. Kristen pulled on Chloe's cloak. "They are staring at me... they're making Archy mad... they better stop or archy will be black..." She said looking at Chloe with her big cat eyes.

Zane raised an eyebrow, I'm the only one staring, and she's already freaking out, and her bird doesn't look to fond of  company either, , he thought, narrowing his eyes, she would need to get used to being around others if she was to be a  part of his  army. "Hmmm, what is your name?" He asked the timid girl.

"Hm..She is shy.." Chloe thought as she looked at the witch girl with a bit surprised face expression.
"Don't worry! I will protect you!" The witch said trying to sound like a superhero from one of the cartoons, that she used to watch when she was a child. "If she joins Zane too, I will take care of her. Such power in unexperienced or wrong hands can be very dangerous." The necromancer thought

Kristen smiled when she heard that. "Thank you..." Archy's flames turned back to red, Kristen looked at archy. "Its alright you can go now. " The bird screeched then shot straight into the air bursting into flames, disappearing from sight.

"Ahem" Zane cleared his voice clear and loud, reminding the girl he asked her a question "I hate to ruin this bonding moment, but two things, I asked your name and also I would prefer it get to the castle before noon is over if you don't mind." He said in a calm but strong voice.

When Zane reminded them that he is still there, Chloe blushed slightly. "I'm sorry, my dear lord for this shameful situation." The witch said with a bow. She didn't want to look like she was disrespectful towards Zane.

Kristen was watching Zane and Chloe, she also bowed. Still hiding behind Chloe. "My name is.... Kristen... My lord..." She said peeking around Chloe.

Zane allowed a small smile to appear on his face before nodding, he liked the respect he was getting but he didn't want to seem full of himself so he kept his professional posture "Alright then, let's be  off" he said, and after signaling them to follow him he turned towards the direction of his mountain castle.

"Follow us, Kristen" Chloe said to the young witch as she started to follow Zane very slowly. She was very curious about the castle and about the other people that Zane commands. Or were they his first "candidates"? Chloe was very curious about everything. However, she was patient

"Yes ma'am." Kristen nodded and followed closely behind Chloe. She was wondering where they were going, she didn't notice the castle on the mountain that they were facing she just kept looking at it.
