Appearance:
Has a height is 5'11 with a weight of 136b.  He has a lanky and skinny build, yet somehow manages to keep (almost) perfect posture. He has shaggy dishwater blond hair and a set of white eyes, since he is blind. His eyes are covered by a plain black headband (sometimes replaces this with a pair of sunglasses or two eye patches if he is feeling silly). He wears a white (with turquoise swirls), short-sleeved button-up shirt with a blue t-shirt underneath, he has a brown leather jacket for colder weather. Wears a pair of dark olive green dress pants.

Personality:
He's a kind and indecisive individual who, along with being indecisive, is easily distracted. He tends to miss the point sometimes in a conversation and can sometimes act inappropriately in a situation. He's not necessarily an air-head as he has the mental capacity to ace a test if he tried, but he is usually too distracted to try in the first place. When someone or something manages to get him to focus though he gets into a much more serious mindset. He becomes ruthless and unwavering in his focus as he sets his mind to getting what he needs to get done, done. But this isn't a common thing (unless someone is good at getting him to be like that), and doesn't happen too often. Another thing to note is that he often misses insults. Due to verbal abuse from his family he can be sensitive to verbal bullying and abuse, but will most likely take it silently and accept it, so he obviously doesn't stand up for himself in a verbal encounter too often. Has a minor case of OCD, but this has not yet been diagnosed.

History:
He is from a large family that was known for their fishing and fishing business. When he was born blind it was an obvious guarantee that he would not be able to follow the tradition or inherit the family business, and as such received very poor treatment from the other members of his family for his handicap, excluding his mother and grandfather. When they noticed after a while that he was looking straight at people when he was having a conversation, his grandfather decided to contact a DWMA professional to see what was going on. When the official came, he examined Juro and confirmed the grandparent's suspicions, he had ability of Soul perception. He also came to conclude that Juro had a strong wavelength, meaning he would be able to go to the DWMA to become a meister. His family had no qualms with him leaving, since he was practically useless to them. And so he headed to the DWMA with a send-off from his grandfather and mother.

Miscellaneous:
If you couldn't tell by now, he is blind.
He uses his soul perception and other senses to "see".
He has visual Soul Perception, so he can actually see souls, and due to using it his entire life he's very skilled with it and can detect many things.

Has obtained a form of Soul Menace known as "Soul Sonic", when used a shock wave emits from his hand that vibrates metals and knocks back enemies with ease
He is naturally flexible, and because of all the free time to screw around he had, he became remarkably Acrobatic.
His Soul Room is a monchrome house where the only things that have color are the doors and knobs (Always random colors for each) and people (The people stay the same color, and the color of their soul outlines them). Juro and other blind people can actually see while inside his soul room.
