Quite, astute, very fast thinking, and a cunning little monster. You may think she is sweet an innocent, her soul is as evil as Medusa. Due to her tricky fighting style it is hard to beat her, this makes her at least a 3 star mister battle. She has a very dark past but looks like she is pure good.

Jess Has been very experimental especially with black blood. She Uses peoples fear to her advantage in her experiments. She found out that peoples fear speeds up the black bloods processe and makes it stronger. Jess has turned many great misters in America to Kishins with all of this madness. Jess dose not like other competition and hates other witches and Kishins and wants them all dead.
