Appearance: A weedy looking boy, thin and short, standing at 5 feet and weighing in at 63lb, even with his in-line skates strapped on, Chauncey by no means looks like a threat to anyone. This unimpressive stature means that most clothing doesn't fit right, and thus all of what he wears is always very loose; arms and hands always hidden deep within some long sleeves, almost like those of a straight-jacket, jeans rolled up some way, and hastily sewed to stay up; obviously skinny jeans meant for someone much taller, re-purposed into jeans fitting somewhat well over his legs. Chauncey's black hair is straight, and falls around his head and down to his shoulders; half of his freckled face is usually covered by the bangs which he brushes to one side, allowing only one of his large, blue eyes to be seen.

The two wheeled in-line skates he wears are always a constant. He is inseparable from them. They are black in colour, with red trimmings.

Personality: Chauncey isn't afraid to speak his mind. Most of the time, he comes off as brash and rude, with a lack of patience for people; despite his stature, he speaks to people as if he were above them, and doesn't censor his colourful language around anyone he is a stranger to. His lack of patience also usually amounts to anger, and that to momentary fits of violence. To those who manage to look past these rather unsightly traits and befriend Chauncey they will find that his impatience lessens, his swearing lessens and he doesn't talk as if so high and mighty. Another completely different part of him comes out when he can run on his skates, freely, and do tricks; he looks genuinely happy, all smiles and laughing.

History: Chauncey wasn't ever fine with walking down on earth like everyone else. He spent most of his childhood trying to find a way to move from a to b quickly, and to have fun doing it. Nothing was fast enough. Nothing really flew. A friend of his proposed a project, for the both of them to do. Powered skates. Chauncey saw the potential of such a venture, and the product it could yield; countless nights spent designing and creating culminated in the skates he is so attached to, with the friend with whose help he created them opening a small shop where he would make power limited versions of these.

After Chauncey mastered these skates, he found, after some confrontations in more shady neighborhoods, that they made a beastly tool for battle; even with such a tiny body, he could take on people many times his size with nothing but smart movement and using tricks to take them out. Thinking of this, and how the amount of training he did with these skates had made him freakishly agile, Chauncey made the decision to join the DWMA. A more just cause than taking out punks who thought they were hot shit, picking on someone so small.

Miscellaneous: Chauncey's in-line skates are special. A mechanism inside powers a motor, and the wheels, whenever the skates are used as normal. This allows for him to gain much more speed than regular in-lines and allows him to do many tricks that would not be possible without such a mechanism. These tricks make him look almost like he is flying, though that's only due to the free flow of the tricks. He can put them together himself, but has to have parts manufactured for him by a friend who lives in a city within the state of New Mexico.
