About techniques.

There are no mentions about them on this site, so I figured I could make a separate topic in which I ask about them.

So... elaboration, please. Can the ones introduced in show be used? Can new ones be created? If so, where would such creations be posted? Is something required to use and/or learn them?

But what about the other ones?

As in, are there any limitations on the powers, either accessibility-wise or power-wise?

Start with the weakest one. Use that one for a while, or until you and your meister are in an intense situation, because that seems to be when people unlock hidden talents. At that point you can upgrade to a higher form. If you're a scythe, you'll probably use the scythe techniques from the show and so on. Power wise, 1st technique is the weakest, 2nd is medium power, and third is your most powerful.

Do those apply for both Meister's powers (Soul Perception, Soul Menace etc.) and Weapon's powers?

Meister techniques are different, as most of the time they're inate. Weapon powers are unlocked through reaching higher levels of soul resonance between meister and weapon.

But are there limits on how many meister techniques one can have, if any?

Do not be too overpowered. As long as you don't make your character nigh unbeatable, there won't be a problem.
