Each wheel is a flat metal ring approximately 38 cm (about 15 inches) diameter. One quarter-segment has a padded grip with a cross-guard; the other three segments have protruding flame-styled blades. With one wheel in each hand, the practitioner can slash, stab, parry, or disarm an opponent. Each wheel has a different element attribute.

Yukiko's weapon form has the element of ice. This can be used to create walls or barriers of solid ice for defense or to send sharp crystals of ice flying at the opponent.

Haishi's weapon form has the element of fire. This can be used to engulf the blade in fire and scorch the opponent. It could also be used to negate certain types of distance attacks using small walls or streaks of fire.

Appearance: Both stand about 5"2 and have a similar thin build. They also share black hair, blue eyes, and fair skin.

Yukiko has her hair strait and a little longer than shoulder length. She always keeps it neatly brushed and down. She usually wears a pair of blue jeans and a pink v-neck T-shirt with white and pink shoes.

Haishi has his hair strait and short. It is however long enough to look messy and unkept. He usually wears black jeans and a long sleeved dark blue shirt with blue and black shoes.

Personality:
Yukiko is usually smiling and giggling. She is always optimistic and tends to encourage her brother and keep him in check. She enjoys having friends and prefers not to fight with people if she doesn't have to. She is often naive and easy to trick, making her an easy target.

Haishi tends to be cautious of others and very protective of his sister. He fights for what he believes in and isn't afraid to hurt others to enforce his sense of justice. It's not easy for him to make friends due to his sarcastic attitude and unkind behavior toward people he doesn't trust. Once you earn his trust he is very loyal and will defend you with his life.

History: At a young age the two were found to have weapon capabilities. They often practiced with each other using Haishi as a fill-in meister for the physically-weaker Yukiko. The two lived happily with their family until age 12 at which time the family house was attacked by an intruder. Using Yukiko's weapon form, Haishi was able to stop the intruders, but not before the intruders murdered their parents. This had a majorly different effect on each of them.

The two were taken into foster care and eventually sent to shibusen at age 15 where they got an apartment in Death City. Now at age 16 the two still live in the apartment and attend shibusen, moving forward with their lives.

Miscellaneous:
Yukiko will speak in pink and Haishi will speak in blue.

Yukiko may sometimes be in a thread without Haishi and visa versa.

Being dual weapons they want the same meister.
