Weapon Form: Billy's Weapon form is that of a large Rocket Launcher. It is blue and white with various stickers along it, with smiley and cute faces on it. The rockets it fires are normal in shape and texture, and are white and yellow in colour. When they hit something and explode they radiate his own soul wavelength (or his meister, if in their hands) in the shape of an explosion, with the same force. It has a handle and a trigger on the under side, with a leather shoulder rest underneath it too. Underneath the barrel, there is a big bayonet-esque blade (similar to lady's from DMC).

Billy's Bazooka form can sprout two cube shaped magazines from the side which are capable of firing several smaller missles out at once, which can strike over a large area causing devastation.

Billy is able to transform his left arm into the end of his bazooka allowing him to fire missles without his Meister present.

Love Interest: Ew, gross.

Appearance: Billy has got messy blonde locks, which are partially falling down his face and partially styled upwards. Billy's eyes are very bright blue, with darker blue around the iris'. His nose is small, and his mouth is nearly always in a smirk. Billy's Jaw line is sharp, particularly for a 13 year old. His ears are slightly pointed, and his teeth almost resemble fangs when he grins and laughs.

Billy's usual attire consists of a blue checkered shirt with it's sleeves rolled up to the elbow. Under that is a white top with a gold colored Square spiral. His belt is shiny and silver like, and it hangs at a slant on his waist. His trousers are made of denim and are tight. His shoes are bright red baseball boots, with the laces tied tightly. His jeans are tucked into them. He also has a necklace on, which is silver and has a smiley face pendant on it.

Billy's body is slender with some muscle due to a healthy diet and some basic training at the academy. He has got a small scar on the back of his neck from when he nicked it against some broken glass. His belly button is an inny.



Personality: Billy is a light hearted boy, who is hyperactive and finds focusing on many things very difficult. He is quite stupid when it comes to most things, except coloring in. He is very good at coloring in, and enjoys doing it. But he can't draw good, only color in. He also enjoys fighting, because he thinks his explosions are pretty and he likes to think that they're all games. Billy is also scared of certain things, like the dark and bats. He is also at the age that he thinks that girls and boys kissing is gross and icky. Billy has also got a terrible habit of incorrectly gauging his opponents strength as well as his own. For example, despite being a relatively weak weapon he would think himself more than a match for someone such as Crona or Asura, despite the fact he would get obliterated. Billy enjoys going to bed after he has worn himself out with his hyperactivity, and beware thee who dare awaken him before he is ready. Like most Weapons, Billy was taught by his parents that his most important duty is to protect his meister.

Billy is a die-hard Optimist because he thinks that if you think about the bad things in life too much, you will never stop pointing out everything bad that ever happens, but if you point out the good things in life you'll spot them far more easily.

History: Billy was born in Death city, to his mother Hannah Elbun and his father Jack Elbun, who were both weapons but retired. His mother was a Gatling Gun when she transformed and his father became a chainsaw, however his grand father had the ability to turn into a rocket launcher just like him. He was raised as normal as was possible in Death City and taught the dangers of the world, about the Kishin Eggs and how his parents were both weapons and that he was probably one as well. Whenever he was 9, and he transformed for the first time his parents were overjoyed and threw a family feast to celebrate. Of course, next came the troublesome task of arranging enrollment to the academy for him. They wanted him to develop his abilities well and in a safe environment while also having a meister who could wield him efficiently. Billy has yet to meet that Mister but he remains optimistic!
