Animal Form: A Blue Ringed Octopus

Appearance: With wild blue hair and crazy eyes, Tia is definitely not what one would call a proper young female. She dresses rather openly and comfortably, in a way that one could almost refer to as promiscuous. She wears a open faced black jacket that covers her body better than the small blue tank top that she wears underneath. Ripped denim jeans with rainbow belt loops, providing a whimsical appearance. Her hair, as previously mentioned, is very long and unruly. A deep blue color, reminiscent of the deep sea. Her eyes are bright and red, very devilish looking. Her teeth are unnaturally sharp, as are her nails which are painted deep blue. Her tongue is long for her stature, very long, reaching at least 2 inches outward of her mouth. Her skin, despite her profession, is not very tanned, and is actually very peachy and soft. She has very defined curves. Around her neck she wears the only remaining evidence of her parents' existence. Her mother's ring bracelet.

Personality: Tia's an odd case, for sure. She's an aspiring pirate, who wants to be the best thief and buccaneer she can be. However, she's bumbling and fails this very often despite owning a moderately large flying pirate ship. She cannot swim, for one, and will drown quite easily. She has a tendency to screw up what she wants to do even when she's not trying very hard to. Tia absolutely hates failure, which is why she works 201% of her energy toward not screwing up. Although her natural instinct is to accidentally fail.

She hates being called cute. This is one of Tia's biggest pet peeves, thanks to her low self-esteem. She's easily embarrassed, and will glow bright blue when angered. She's aggressive for sure, with a short temper and a quick-to-fight instinct. Tia's not easily frightened by many things, and mostly only fears water. She's very hyperactive and impulsive. She'll throw out an order at a moment's notice and demand that everyone picks it up the moment she says it, making her rather impatient as well. She has an attraction to any and all things shiny and will stop her voyages at a moments notice to steal and plunder things.

One last thing to know about Tia is that she's highly stubborn. When she sets her mind to something, she will argue for it until the opposing party collapses and allows her. She will swear up and down until she goes blue at the face that what she believes is right.

History: Tia's parents didn't take very good care of her as a child. When she was young, her mother was an alcoholic and her father was abusive to her. Her mother would protect her child, but most of the time she was violently passed out from a high blood alcohol content. Her father would beat her aggressively, and sometimes, perform...other acts on her. Eventually her mother ended up both killing her father to protect her daughter, then killing herself so Tia wouldn't have to deal with her deadbeat mother. Soon after that, Tia's house burnt down in a fire caused by one of the local kids. Nothing could be saved but the bracelet of her mother, which Tia held onto. For weeks, Tia cried. Cried as the policemen comforted her. Cried as she was relocated. Cried as she came to live with her Witch aunt. But eventually, Tia stopped crying. She didn't want to cry anymore. So she began hiding the sadness with her smile. She became fascinated with the the idea of Blackbeard and pirates and almost eventually delved into complete obsession. Her aunt, noticing this, encouraged it. And on her 17th birthday, she gave Tia her first birthday gift ever. Her own pirate ship.

Miscellaneous: Tia can inject venom into her victims, which can cause symptoms of: paralysis, convulsions, heart stopping, nervous system crashes, and even death. It's un-curable by any known method and can only be taken back by Tia injecting a counter poison. The effects of said poison typically depend on her emotional state upon delivering said venom.
Immune to all forms of poisons, acids, venoms, and such. Her blood is the perfect antivenin and can cure most common and some rarer venoms and poisons. Such as ricin, brown snakes, etc.
She has a pet octopus, Gus, who is a large kraken-type octopus which is up to 45 feet in length and has large suckers with hooks on the ends of each, the hooks all having three points exactly.
Tia's hair can be used as tentacles, sometimes used to grasp things, and on occasion, used for melee combat.
Tia can become invisible by camoflauging with whatever's around her.
She blushes blue, due to her blood not being red.
Many people consider Tia a nymphomaniac, and she can be at times, but that's not her main goal in life.
She has a glowing energy sword.
Tia violently despises squids to the point of wanting genocide.
Her eyesight is high above normal human levels, being able to detect the tiniest change in colors and textures.
She can walk on generally any surface, upside down, sideways, whatever.

Seems pretty good. There's definatly some stuff going on in her mind that's not spelled out and her abilities all seem intresting. The only thing I really have to question, though.... She's 17 years old and her grandma gives her a full-sized pirate ship?! I mean, I know she's a witch, but did she just have it lying around???

There are a lot of issues with this character.
1. Her animal form section is too short
2. Her aunt gave Tia a pirate ship. How rich is her aunt? Or maybe her aunt is a pirate too?

This ability seems absolutely OP. It is incurable, can easily kill people, apparently has no limits, no cooldown, no described way of injection.
