Animal Form: Julia posses a few forms and can swap the magic she draws from using this. Her first form is a black with very large white stripes colored wolf. This form is very feral and savage in its fighting style. Her second form is a black and white wolf cub. This form is not used for combat but is her favorite form. This form is mischievous and very much shows her youthful side. She likes to stay in this form for long periods of time, unlike all the others.

Appearance: Julia is very small for her age and appears very innocent. She has long black hair down to her rear end which she likes to keep down. Her corruption has caused her to have deep red eyes. She is very slim and not too strong in her normal form, but her magic makes up for it. She is described as pretty but she doesn't care much about that. She casually wears a black sleeveless top and a yellow skirt with a pair of short heels. When she goes into battle however her clothes are magically swapped with a black top that appears to be a bikini top which is attached at the back to a light pair of black shorts. Also black and white stockings with the same heels. On her back she also has a tattered grey cloak with a hood. The whole outfit is buit for speed and mobility. There are a few flaws to her human form such as black and white wolf ears on the top of her head. Also she has sharp wolf like teeth. She likes to hide her ears with a black fedora and tries not to talk near enough to people to see her teeth.

Personality: Julia is very much a peace lover. She resits violence whenever possible but will fight when she can. She is kind and caring but a little shy. She will stray away from strangers and large groups but is very open with her friends. She is very humorous and fun to be around if you are her friend. Due to the corruption in her system she is a completely different person, should she lose her self control. This form is relentless, quick to violence and brutal in combat. This form only comes out in combat when she really needs the power boost but tries to keep it off. Although she is a witch she is forever loyal to Lord Death. She will do whatever she can to aid students and teachers at the academy and even serves as a bit of a guard for the academy should they need her. And she is even going to be gaining an education there while protecting it. Although she likes to visit the academy, and run around in her cub form, most of her time is spent in her apartment. She tries to hide her identity as a witch from everyone except academy teachers, deathscythes and Lord Death himself. When not using any form she amplifies elemental magic with a yellow long staff. This is an enchanted staff of her father. Her fighting style is fast but merciful while not corrupted, but while corrupted she is fast, reckless and brutal.

History: She was born to a warlock of the Darkmoon Clan and a human female. The Darkmoon clan has been forever cursed with the madness of a deep corruption that tears away at their souls. It was rooted so deep that throughout alot of her childhood she didn't even have control of her own body. When she was two, her father reached the pinnacle of madness from the corruption and killed his wife, destroyed the house and it's outlying areas, and almost killed Julia. Luckily she was saved by an academy teacher who defeated her father and took in Julia. The teacher saw Julia was a witch but aided her anyway due to her being so young. She was taken to Death city where the teacher himself raised her and taught her how to control the corruption. She now had control of her own life and began to train her witch powers. One Day the teacher went on an important mission to find and kill a warlock. However he did not realize that Julia had followed him to the warlock's lair. The teacher was caught off guard by the warlock's quick and decisive attacks. He was about to be slain until it was blocked by Julia. After a shocking gasp by Julia she realized this warlock was her father. The two fought a duel of elemental magics wit none able to gain an upper hand. The fight changed when her father embraced the corruption and darkness in his heart. This gave him much power and allowed him to simply cast Julia aside. He offered his daughter a place in the family to learn the way's of a true witch. Julia was by now slightly unconscious as the warlock neared the teacher to finish him off. Before he could however, for the first time since she met the teacher she gave herself up to the corruption. "For the DWMA!" she exclaimed as the darkness slowly took control of her body. Once it did she jumped fast as lighting and struck her father with a feral claw. He quickly blocked and an epic battle followed. In the end Julia received a upperhand with which she used to brutally tear her father to shreds. As she regained control of her body, she gasped and collapsed in horror as she saw what she did to her own father. The teacher regained his strength and tried to console Julia. Julia hasily demanded that he leave her there to die for she was too dangerous because of the corruption. The teacher refused and managed to take her home by giving her the staff of her father and claiming that it would never again be used for evil. The teacher soon reported the events of the day and revealed he was secretly harboring a witch. What he didn't tell them however, is about the corruption and of her being of the Darkmoon Clan. After hearing the tale of her heroics she was officially protected by the academy and was free to visit. After years of living with the teacher she moved out at the same time he retired to a small village in Asia. She then bought herself an apartment and lives there to this day.

For one thing, she doesn't look 11 at all, and her discription and picture sound more like someone at least 13-15 or something.

Anyways, the larger issue. She's a natural witch born with madness that's hard to control, and at an old enough age that the destructive nature of magic would have probably taken over if her father was already teaching her how to manipulate her energy. Not only is she a pretty huge threat to her fellow students with magic and madness potential... and inexplicable underage drinking.... In a school trained to kill witches, no less.... But saying she was raised by Lord Death is going way too far since he needs to be controlled by an Admin. Which means you would be completely unable to tell how he would have even raised a witch without somehow managing to do it all IC.

You need to remove Lord Death from her past, either provide one heck of a good reason for the DWMA to accept a witch or try and get it to happen in an actual thread, take out the reference to an 11 year old casually obtaining alcohol or provide an explemation for how she managed to aquire it, and, unless expleined in some part of the bio, change her age to reflect her actual appearence and discription.

So the only thing you need to change is what the explemation is for a witch infected with Madness to be alright so close to the vulnerable students of the DWMA, especially with everyone seeming to know she's a witch already. This is a very difficult thing to justify in a bio instead of happening IC. I mean, there's no way that's safe for the normal students to encounter, especially when they've been trained to hunt witches. And the thing about calling Lord Death is still a bit much.
