On this dark, fog covered morning in the outskirts of Beijing China, a much needed team from the DWMA arrives to investigate a multitude of missing persons. It has been raining for the past few days, and while it has chose today to cease, the evidence of the frigid weather remains soaked into the ground. The City is unusually empty for what one would expect from a city so large as this one. The few remaining denizens of the area appear wary of your presence, and are keeping a fair distance. They are likely to to be recalcitrant, offering little to no help.

'It's wet, it's cold, I can barely see, and I stick out worse than a fireworks display in front of a government base. Curse my boredom impulse.' A certain albino thinks to himself, walking along through the almost empty streets of a city in China with the group of DWMA he tagged along with. The albino stood at 7 foot 1, with long white hair that went down to the small of his back and covered his blood-red eyes in the front. He was wearing a black straightjacket over a white turtleneck shirt. His boots and pants were pitch black in color. He wore a white fedora hat, and a silver cross that hung around his neck. "Why are we here again? Something about demon rabbits or something?" He asked in a bored tone while covering a yawn with his baggy right sleeve.

Hademaru walked in with the others, his hand on his kattana the whole time. "Something about this place creeps me out." He said. "Not even Death City is this quite, and we have quite a few kishin appearing ever few minutes." His attire was usual, black pants, his usual kimono, sandals, a katana at his side, but his stance was tenser then usual.

Gyo-gan stood back from the group, do to Connor's presence, his soul may look human, but he looks JUST like that kishin he saw saw that death scythe fight a while back. He stood in the back, preferring to be away from the group. He wore his black top hat, with a card reading 10/6 and a normal tux.

Shizuka strolled along with the others, feeling a bit reluctant of the crowd. So many people to take on a mission... It must be a tough one. Looking around, she watched for anything unnatural. Her eyes darted from place to place watching suroundings. She was mentaly preparing herself, not too worried about the fight. They had a Death Scythe and his meister. What could really go wrong?

Arthas walked in front of Zuka and inspected each member of their team. He felt something not right around this whole mission. The place seemed extremely creepy. Each member of this team, Arthas saw some of their flaws. But they were rolling with a Death scythe which definitely helps.

The unnatural silence only further provoking your senses, those who are able can feel the anxiety filled wavelength of the souls around them. After only a few moments more, the presence of two corrupt souls are revealed. This makes it obvious that the aggressors have become over-confident in their abilities, and that the authorities here have given them little reason hide themselves. The pair seem to be accompanied by several pure souls, but something about the souls is different. Even though they are moving, they remain calm. So calm that you might assume they were sleeping.

The death scythe stops and grins. 'finally, something interesting!' He thinks, before remembering that he was there mostly for escort. Cursing the orders that thing had given him(he doesn't think that it is death), and looks over to the students. "Well kids, go get 'em, or something. Kill whatever they are, and save the souls. I'll help if you lot are too weak to do it yourselves. I will 'supervize' from my seat here." He says as a crystal lounge chair is suddenly formed behind him. He pulled out a thermos from his sleeve, and drank from it. 'It's times like this that I wonder what the other half of my soul is up to.' He thinks to himself, loudly drinking away at his root beer float.

Gyo-gan was already ahead, using his chains to travel. He was at speed setting 6, which he could out run cars in. As he ran at the one to the left, kicking at it's jugular immediately. Hademaru ran at the one to the right, starting things off with his signature move. "SOOOOOOOOOOOUL, EAAAAAAAAAATER!!!" He screamed as he cut at the kishin egg, somehow the outline of the cut seemed to look like a scythe.

Shizuka heard Hademaru shout in the distance. "They found something... Arthas let's go!" She called, taking off toward the yell. Her legs moved faster and faster, carrying her further each step. She was moving pretty fast for someone her age. As the group came into view she held out her hand for her partner.

As Zuka increased her speed arthas was falling more and more behind. When she put out her hand arthas quickly went into her hand as his sword form. The runes began to glow as her prepared himself

As the group approaches their quarry, they see a pair of men presiding over a herd of young ones that they seem to be coaxing into a truck of sorts. One near the drivers seat is a behemoth of a man, whose features remain unseen because of a tattered cloak. The other busy coaxing the children into the back, is a young well dressed man with stellar features.


Screeching across the pavement as you are, gives the man outside the truck just enough time to react. "Ooooooooh~!!" He exclaims almost comically, as he lifts an arm to block you, which promptly morphs into the tip of a metal kanabo.This soul was indeed corrupt, but it was no Kishin Egg "DWMA I guess?" His voice exuded charisma, despite his obvious struggle to keep check of Gyro-gan's assault. Looking over your shoulder he gives a sarcastic smile. "A lot of em' too. We must be getting good at this." Ramming his arm deeper into Gyro-gans attack, a pulse can be seen rushing through the air, followed by the clap of what seems like artillery fire. The force rocks the vehicle, and is enough to knock any unbalanced persons in the immediate area well away. Ceasing the opportunity, the weapon grabs onto the truck, as it begins to accelerate. "By the way, I'm Slick the thundering weapon!" He shouted over the engine.

Turning to see the disturbance, the larger man is met with the saber of Hademaru. The blade is stopped just past of his cloak, resounding a clanking noise. His only response is a low groan of distaste. As if intuitively understanding his call, Hademaru, and the others in the group are rushed by the herd of children. This however made little sense. You are certain their souls are pure, and still appear so lax as if to slumber. Sluggishly the man steps into the truck, causing it to creak on his side. As he does so, a shining pendant is dropped to the ground.

Connor watches as the kids attack the two corrupted souls with no success. The one called 'Slick', seems to have released a boom, knocking the kid who attacked him back a great deal. The other meister who was actually going to use her partner, was also forced to the ground due to how widespread the attack was. The even attack reached Connor, and caused some of his root beer to splash on his straightjacket. The other weapon's attack struck true, but seemingly struck some sort of armor. Said enemy released a call that somehow caused an army of children to attack the students as the three corrupted souls escaped.

'Sigh, I why me? I'm so gonna get him for this. And those weapons too I guess.' Connor though to himself as he wiped the root beer off his jacket and got up with his seat vanishing behind him. He quickly counted the children attacking the students in his care, and found that there were at least ten attacking each student, as well as rushing at him. Most of the children having knives. Ten  Sighing once again, he stomped his foot on the ground. The ten children that were attacking him were trapped in a crystal cage. "Okay you twerps, don't kill or injure the children while I watch you suffer though it. There's your battle plan." He says, leaning against the cage bars, just outside the reach of the ones inside.

By his request, we are posting a skip for Belac.

Shizuka came to an abrupt stop as the cage poped up. "Wha... What happened?" She questioned, holding Arthas in the ready stance just in case. If this was a trick she wasn't falling for it... Though this would be a bad time to test your students.

Arthas prepared himself for anything as he saw the children attacking connor. "Don't hurt them zuka" arthas said.

As the car began screeching off, the astute observer notices that they are headed outside of Beijing. A strange thing for someone whose commotion is based there. Hademaru being the only one close enough notices a feint wave-length being produced by the pendant the the larger man dropped. This wave-length appears to be connecting to the young ones in the area.

After trapping the rest of the children, Connor tells the group to see if they can find any tire tracks, or things of value, while he returned to his 'supervising chair. "Jump you crazy plumber!" He was playing Mario on a gameboy he had pulled out of nowhere, while they did that.

Hademaru got the pendant, though unknowing what it did at 1st. When he picked it up, he noticed it's wave-length was connected to the other kids. "So this lets them control them...." He began to flash-step back to thier leader, who was sitting down playing a game.

Gyo-gan was racing along, actually managing to keep up with the vehicle, unlike the others.  As he ran across the side, he delivered a kick to one of the tires effectively popping it.  He then slowed down and repeated this on every other tire on that side.

Ooc: Soooooo, should I skip, or is this dead?
