| Name: Broken Tombstone Society Purpose: Advancement of human technology, end goal is to start the technological singularity and achieve space travel. Leader: Dr. Herbert West Location: Australia, Sydney, Arkham, Massachusets, Death City, Nevada, North London, and Space Station Delta Description: Created in the 1950's by a doctor Herbert West, the Broken Tombstone society used to consist of West, Lord Hessia, and De Muerte Caballero, and numerous 'Unburied', mindless undead soldiers created by Wests resurrection serum. However, twenty years ago, the Society began increasing its recruitment, hiring witches, rogue meisters, Kishin Eggs, Weapons, and more. Requirements: None NOTE: The society, upon joining, will give your character two serums. One allows for the control of unburied, the other is a 'power' serum. The serum received is random, and each gives a certain ability. To determine what ability the serum gives, I will write down the abilities on a piece of paper, and draw them from a hat. If you wish to join, PM me. Current members: - Projects:
Note: I am going to use a rough 'point system' to determine how each project develops. Basically, every week, I'm going to distribute fifty points to each project. As the society gains more resources/influence, it will get more points to distribute.
Genetics- The ability to manipulate a persons genetic code in order to unlock more power. Currently, the society has enough research into this department to produce the power serums. Points Invested: 100
Reanimation- Revival of the dead. A staple of the BTS toolset, this branch of research has produced the process to create the Unburied. Points Invested: 50
Power Armor- After the event wherin an operative and several unburied fought against a fellow in Power Armor and were nearly bested, the BTS restarted the Power Armor Project. Currently, they have one model, the Paladin, which improves strength and speed, and allows for weak barriers. Points Invested: 50
SoulEngine- The technology for this project was bought off a certain academy student. Allowing for direct interface between the soul and technology, this allows ones soul to be used as a makeshift battery, or boost processing power. However, using SoulEngine damages ones soul when used. Points invested: 20
Psionics- A side project of the society. Currently going poorly due to lack of funds. Points invested: 10
Quantum Physics- Currently yielding the society quantum computing capacities. Points invested: 10
