Summary
     Martyn sat down to eat lunch on an afternoon and before he got the chance to thoroughly enjoy his meal, another student, Ace, challenged him to a sparring match.

2. A Formal Challenge (continued from above)

Summary
     After challenged to a sparring match, Martyn reluctantly arrives late, scared to turn his blade on another human being. The match started out slowly, while Ace       plotted out his success. With hopes that his plan would deter his enemy, Ace pulled the wool over Martyn's eyes. Martyn resists the will to give up and stands tall again, and suddenly the match becomes about who suffered more from madness. The feelings shared and stories told were meaningful. Ace, separated from his family, Martyn never knowing his parents and carrying his father's final burden. In the end however, no amount of tactical preparation (Ace) or skillful defense (Martyn) overcame each other, and their madness was fairly matched, however Martyn fell victim to Ace's final attack after succumbing to his exhaustion.
   Extra Notes
     Martyn learned the location of Ace's home.
     Ace asked Aylas to include Martyn in the EAT classes

3. How's about a straight flush?

 Summary
    Martyn at a casino in Las Vegas for a meeting of unknown origin was interrupted by a kishin egg who summon bombs at will and wreak havoc. They fought for an extended 15 minutes before Martyn came to the realization he couldn't handle it alone, not without a partner atleast, and retreated with many injuries.

4. The Strange New Girl at the Ball

   Characters Met

   Summary
      Purchasing a brand new tuxedo specifically for the event Martyn showed at the formal to try and get to know more pople at the school hoping that he could get past his social problems. He sees Shizu Resu, and instantly asks her to dance with him. Martyn hadn't danced in 10 years, but he did well enough to impress her, although at the end, he couldn't stop staring into her eyes. The goodbye was awkward and he fears approaching her again. He attempts to make conversation with, Lynne Kretschmer, but has run out of time, and makes his exodus, so he won't be late for another scheduled meeting.

5. Counter Assassination

   Summary
      After asking another student at the DWMA to carry out a task that he couldn't perform himself, he meets him at a police station and they discuss the returning agreement and what they should do with the item in question, being a weapon, a wakizashi capable of mass destruction in the wrong hands.

6. Soul Searching

   Summary
      Returning home from his daily investigations, Martyn was extremely depressed and found himself in a back alley, cornered by the kishin egg Sho Miamoto. Things looked bleak until a young meister at the DWMA named Nora Henderson stepped in and began to act in his defense. Together they fought off Sho's advances until an unexpected visitor, a witch and his weapon interrupted their progress, and Sho formed a temporary alliance with the boys. After toying with the kishin and the children Yumerki becomes bored of his competition and leaves, allowing the previous fight to resume. However once he was gone, Agent Tex showed up, along with Drake (Nora's partner) and the battle became much more intense. Martyn allowed the madness to take over him so he could gain a momentary advantage against his new opponent. Nora is able to bring him back to normal during the battle with convincing words, and he makes a run for it (in a straight line might I add) and (by some god damn fucking magic) Nora manages to lose track of Martyn by turning a corner when he clearly didn't make any turns. In the end, Martyn was lucky to escape due to the intervention of some people in black suits.

7. The Dojo: The Grand Re-Opening

   Summary
      Martyn comes face to face with the father of the child who saved his life, and offers his services in the Dojo as a standing instructor for many lessons. A lot of important memories are brought to light.
