Sniggle the clown (WIP)

Name:Sniggle

Gender: None, male if you must

Appearence: Sniggle is approximately 3' tall human child like figure. His small stature is shown out even further as he tends to walk with his head lowered leaving his nearly shoulder length dark hair cover his face right till under his nose making, it practically impossible to differentiate his gender or see his eyes. Sniggle walks around dragging his bare feet over the ground as they are the only thing left visible by his grayish-white shirt, that reaches right to his ankles. His sleeves reach well over the tip of his finger which are thin, even skeleton like continued by about 2 inch long nails. Because of his pale skin, small stature and relaxed movements he hardly stands out in most environments, especially because of his nearly human like appearance. Everything but 2 details differentiate him from humans - masterfully sewn shut mouth and lack of any eyes.


Personallity: Sniggle is a curious and communicable fellow that enjoys company of other people and most than anything -music. This of course isn't all that great if your a clown without capability of any coherent  speech other than mumbling, giggling, snickering and the taste of music limited to shrieks and screams of people having their chest thorn open and their soul carefully peeled out.

Sniggle is a careful creation of madness that is driven by passion and yet caution. While not entirely wicked, his logic is that of beyond moral standards. Being strongly convinced that life should be enjoyed without any regrets or boundaries he seeks to spread madness in order to make everyone enjoy their mortal life while it lasts... And nothing makes you feel more alive than a funeral.

While enjoying mortal company, he does prefer to stand aside and watch from aside, until he finds his victim - the source of madness he seeks to spread. He stays around for however long it takes for him to be entertained and then moves one, skulking trough the night.

Abilities:
Passion wavelength:
Those affected by Sniggle's madness fall victims to their own passion, carrying any of their whims to extreme. Any hesitation, fear or doubts fade from your consciousness. You seek to fulfill your dream - even if it means killing your best friend who is disturbing your sleep by chewing too loud.

Lullaby of chaos:
This is Sniggle's way of sharing his madness - when people are unaffected by his wavelength alone he can enhance it by silently mumbling a lullaby. Everyone around him hears it louder, the more affected they are by strong emotions - fear, anger, despair... You name it, the stronger the emotion, the easier you're effected. This way madness may affect those, who are normally somewhat resistant to it.
1 post an odd feeling of discomfort ( the silent lullaby might go unnoticed)
2 slight anxiousness and discomfort ( realizes is hearing something or realizes its a some sort of lullaby)
3 anxiousness ( those affected start to looks for sound as it gets louder in their heads, like something is singing it behind your shoulder)
4 desperately seeking out the source of the lullaby ( pretty much everything they hear about now is the lullaby, everything else looses its importance)
5 Those affected go insane for as long as Sniggle 'sings' . They start to become self-destructive trying to get the song out of their heads. If not stopped within another 5 turns they resolve to self crippling or even suicide.

Madness runs in the family:
Sniggle may use a soul of a killed person to enhance his madness wavelengths effectiveness and overcome normal defense. Be amplifying ones souls wavelength, he may use it to " connect" with the souls close to the deceased one and easily overcome their sanity and willpower. ( Instant madness to those close to the one whose soul is used. ) After using this ability, the used soul disperses as its energy is all used up.
