Weapon Form: Tally's weapon form is a one handed, duel bladed battle axe. The ebony black shaft is two feet long, and the bladed head is half a foot long. The two blades are ebony black with crimson red designs. The entire weapon is covered in small, silver plates, mounted on with silver bolts. Both of the blades are crescent-shaped, one being larger and longer than the other. The longer blade, which is one and a half feet long, curves down just past the shaft, creating a semi circle of space for a hand grip. The shorter blade is half a foot long. Both blades have serrated edges at the top of the blade, and a small, hooked spike juts out from the end of the shaft.

Orientation (Sexual/Romantic): Heterosexual, bi-curious

Appearance: Tally has a very small, lithe build, only standing at 4' 8". Because of her size, she is very good at slipping through crowds and fitting in places most people are unable to go. Tally wears a red panda hoodie every day, complete with the sewn on ears and tail. The hoodie is one size too big for her, so the too-long sleeves flop around over her barely exposed hands. There is a heart motif on the back of the hoodie. While the hoodie is constant, what she wears with it varies. It's usually a pair of black and baggy pants. Under the hoodie is a blue tee shirt. She has a blue, heart-shaped necklace under her shirt, and she wears a pair of black combat boots. With her hoodie, she usually wears the hood up, only lowering it for select events. The only constant as to when her hood is down is when she is in her Weapon form. She has creamy white skin, short blue hair, and forest green eyes.

Personality: Tally is childish, and acts like a little kid. She loves colouring, playing pretend (she always pretends to be a red panda), and talking to her stuffed panda Marie. She has always wanted a big brother, and sees her Meister as one. She always goes to him for comfort and piggy backs. She never questions her big brother, giving him her complete and utter loyalty. She cares deeply for her friends, but no one can match the love and loyalty she feels towards Keith. Tally is okay with people who don't like her, thinking it's just their problem, or she can't please everybody. However, if anyone insults or hurts her brother, she will forever hold a grudge against them. She is very optimistic, and tries to look for the best in people and situations. Her interactions with others are very positive, with a selfless, loving heart that always looks for the innocence. The one word used to describe her would be innocent, as it is her goal to protect the innocence and hope of the world. She acts like a child to try to reflect and protect the world's childlike innocence.  

In battles against kishin, she will tend to age a little, losing her naivety and playful ignorance. However, her young likeness is kept through her childish laughter and taunts towards her enemies. When she gets stressed or afraid, her mood will change drastically. This usually happens during extreme situations, such as someone close to her getting hurt, or if she had to make a huge decision, or is she encounters her fears. This leads to anxiety, insomnia, stuttering, and crying. She will act even more clingy towards Keith; never letting go of his hand or shirt hem.  

History: Tally is from the lively, bustling town of Tophino, Vancouver Island in British Colombia, Canada. When she was growing up, she grew to believe with a passion that no matter how messed up or corrupt society got, there was still hope in the world. This hope can make things better. Taking the quote "Be the change you want to see in the world" quite literally, she developed her demeanor to show the world's childlike innocence and maybe change it herself. She discovered her Weapon blood when she was 12. Her arm transformed into a large blade, slicing a soccer ball in half as it was flying towards her head. That day, her parents explained to her what had happened, who Tally was, and what her calling was meant to be. Her parents revealed themselves as alumni from the DWMA; her mother being a powerful Demon Lyre, and her father her equally-as-powerful Meister. They told Tally it was her duty to go attend the DWMA and fight kishin like they had done. When Tally was born, her parents were worried that she had Weapon blood, because then sending her to the Academy was inevitable. They hoped and prayed she wasn't a Weapon, as they knew how many students died in battle and didn't want anything happening to Tally. However, when her weapon side was revealed, they realized it was necessary for her to go. Within a year, she was enrolled in Death Weapon Meister Academy, with a promise to her parents that she would help herself and her Meister become as powerful as they could be to protect the hope and innocence of the world.

Miscellaneous: Tally is afraid of lightning and the dark, and is mildly claustrophobic. She is also not a good swimmer.
