Weapon Form:
Bliss weapon form is a simple black handgun. It has no special deocrations or anything that differences her from any other weapon like her, pretty much the opposite of her human form, that's why she dislikes it a little and will hestitate slightly when asked to show off her weapon form, her story doesn't really help her bond with her handgun appearance either.

This weapon shoots soul wavelength energy like all gun weapons, however, the special thing about Bliss' weapon form, is the soul wavelength she shoots is sparkly, which she'd like if she tried out her weapon form for once.

Appearance:
Bliss has a style of clothing that is very unique and kind of edgy which includes ripped thigh highs with mismatching colors such as blue and violet/pink, white sneakers with mismatching shoelaces, piercings in the area of lips and ear, and many accessories such as wrist and forearm warmers, rings in her index and middle finger, a spiky necklace and a black belt with metal spikes on it. Ibuki has a long scar with stitches on her left thigh, when people ask her about it she reveals to them the scar is a tattoo. She has long multi-coloured hair consisting of black, pink, blue and white, some of which is tied into two horns on the top of her head. She has hot-pink colored eyes and  wears an outfit similar to a sailor school uniform consisting of a white shirt with should length sleeves, a hot pink ribbon and a short black skirt.

She stands at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 93 lb.

Personality:
At first, Bliss is a bit shocking in bold and unique personality and appearance. She often refers to herself in third person. Her hearing is quite good, unsurprising of her title as a musician. Ibuki is one of the more upbeat people out of her classmates, however, she also seems to be a bit of an airhead. She's pretty gullible and funny, which helps her make lots of friends. She's pretty affectionate towards everyone and is always willing to cheer people up, no matter the situation. Bliss is also known for being loud and reckless, being unable to make most situations serious. The rocker-looking girl may look like a threat at first sight, but she is truly a sweetheart when you start talking with her. Loyal till death.

Despite her goofy personality, she will do her best to aid her friends. Always. She has a tendency to get distracted by the simplest of things, however, if whatever is happening really matters to her or if she's in battle, she'll try her best to stay focused and ignore her surroundings.

When she gets upset, she seems to have a bit of a verbal tic: saying things twice. She also likes screaming or frothing at the mouth when she panics. She forgets things quite quickly, so she tries to write memos to help her remember.

History:
The story of this crazy-haired teenager seems like quite a normal one, and it pretty much was, in fact. She was born a strong and happy baby with a smile like no other in a quite wealthy family located in New York City, she always made lots of friends growing up and got along with everyone she knew perfectly fine. Bliss had a passion for music, she started playing the guitar at the age of 8 and learned to play other instruments the following years, though her main focus and favorite instruments has and will always be her six-string.

Evrything went along just fine, she joined a band in middle-school and over time they became quite popular. It seemed that Bliss would get what she had always dreamed of. In her first year of high school, they played at the cafe they usually played in, but however, this time was different. Rumor had it that a producer was among the crowd. Bliss and her band tried their best to give the best gig they had ever given, and they made it. The thing is, as soon as they finished and Bliss played that final note, she was so pumped that as soon as she pointed to the roof intending to make a cool rockstar pose, a gunshot was heard. Everyone thought they were being attacked, so everyone ran away in the shortest of times ever seen. Bliss didn't realize what happened until she lowered her hand, instead of the human hand that used to be connected to her wrist, there was a small black handgun. She ruined it. She had ruined her and her bandmates' once in a lifetime chance. She felt a mix between sadness, anger and shock. Because, even if she had never transformed or heard about her nature before, she knew what was happening. She was a weapon. And she had just transformed for the first time.

She felt like a total monster, luckily, no one had seen her transformed hand, so she hid it under her shirt and ran straight home. First thing she did was obviously tell her parents, who were really understanding on the subject and told her she now had to go to the DWMA. She didn't even hestitate. Bliss was so ashamed she left as soon as she could to her new life, leaving her life dream behind. Even if she didn't want to turn into a weapon ever again.

Miscellaneous:
Bliss carries her guitar almost anywhere and loves to play it and sing randomly, usually to cheer people up.
