"So, they want to get rid of you so that you don't tell anyone about the island, right?"

"Well, it was a good thing I was clueless then, as I probably would have blabbed by accident. And then I would have had to try delay him long enough for some people to escape. Say, is it a good bet to go for the wings, with your people? I know it is with Yurio."

"So, basically, look at what they do and see what they need to do that thing, and then break the thing that they need to do the thing that they do? I think I can do that."

There was an awkward silence for a while.
"Yea... That is kinda how it works..."

"Good to know." Glyndwr gave Yui a thumbs up. "That involves getting attacked before getting an attack in, though. Shame."

Yui shrugged.
"It's what you prefer. Watching an opponents moves instead of blindly moving in is one of the better tactics if you want to survive... Unless you intend to kill them in a surprise attack..."

"It's the better way to do things, except when the oppenent is faster than you. Then it sucks."

Yui nodded. Then her eyes shifted away from her visitor. Something had appeared and it was moving too steadily to be something like a rat.
"Someone's coming..."
Her ears perked up as she tried to listen for footsteps. She picked the necklace from the ground and hung it back around her neck.

Glyndwr stood up from where he was sitting and pulled out his knife, all in one smooth motion. Maybe he was being too paranoid, but you never know... He kept the knife behind his back, still, as to not appear instantly hostile.

Heavy footsteps echoed through the empty halls. The silhouette of a giant man could just been seen with the little light the dungeons provided. The silhouette stopped moving when it noticed it was not alone. Yui stared him down. She knew the contours.
"Well, that's the worst luck... Don't you think this is a bad moment to be visiting...?"
The heavy footsteps continued.
"You seem awfully lively after what happened in court... Looks like the two of you were really plotting something"
The girl sighed.
"Plotting, what could I possibly do what would not be in favor of Lundragans. Besides, it is a very bad idea to be transforming here. Lord Death can notice any changes in this city. He will notice you trying to get away. And you're way too slow to be able to take me away if that was your plan, Stigr."
Yui shrugged. Though Stigr was a scary Lundragan, especially in a cramped up space made of stone like this.
"The council has spoken. You are to be eliminated before you can do any more damage."
Stigr's shape shifted swiftly, becoming larger and giant scales grew out of his back. The extra weight combined with the cramped room forced him to place his claws on the floor. On his chest a brown crystal had formed. By the time his transformation was finished his body was covered in sturdy scales. His eyes and crystal glowed in a brown color. And he stomped the ground while watching Yui.
"Watch--!"
Before Yui could finish her sentence the ground below her rose up as a column and crushed her against the ceiling. She felt her bones crack instantly at the impact and as much as she tried not to scream in pain she let out a loud yelp. The pillar retracted and she dropped to the floor. She twitched slightly coughing up. Stigr's head now moved slowly to Glyndwr. His overall motions were slow.
"As for you... It doesn't matter what she might've told to you. You probably know too much by now.

"How antisocial. Didn't even say hello before you rudely stomped in and destroyed bits of a perfectly decent dungeon, as well as hurting poor Yui." Glyndwr smiled at the one who seems to be called Stigr and lunged forward towards his face, aiming to drive the knife into one of his eyes. Glyndwr hoped that Stigr's size would keep him from being able to turn away from his attacks.

Stigr snorted in arrogance when the boy charged at him with a knife. He merely lowered his head and heard the clattering of steel on his scales which were unscratched by the impact.
"I have no time to deal with a human pup."
He rose one claw intending to flatten the attacker when he got close. His eyes glowed brown-ish as he did so.
"You should've minded your own business instead of coming here."

Glyndwr didn't stop when he missed his target. Using his already built up momentum, he hoped to clear the creatures head with a jump, to get out of the way of the attack and get up onto it's back. If he was to get over the head, it would be easy enough to get to the other side of the creature and start his escape.

Stigr watched as Glyndwr jumped over him to make an escape. He stomped his hind legs on the ground raising a stone wall behind him.
"I won't let you pass...
He said angrily. His spiked tail swayed left and right smashing in the walls of the dungeon. Meanwhile Yui twitched and struggled to get up. Her body refused as most of her bones were broken at this point. Instead she had coughed up some blood.

"Alright then, scratch that. But, do you know what I do most of my time? Ride a dragon!" Glyndwr said before turning and sitting behind the creatures head. "Giddy up, you lumbering idiot!"

Annoyed by this humiliation Stigr tried to shake him off but there was barely any space for him to move at all. His tail destroyed the dungeon walls entirely now creating entrances to the other chambers these halls held. He then lowered, to make a jump against the ceiling to shake the annoying pest off.

"Fun over!" Glyndwr shouted, before plunging the knife in between two of his head scales, as hard as he could. He then waited for the beast to jump, ready to let himself slide to the underside of it's neck, holding the knife in place. He hoped that it would stick in the space between two scales, at least enough to stand on its own; if Glyndwr's plan was to work, then the beast would skewer itself through it's own brain after the jump.

Stigr jumped not feeling the knife being wedged between the scales. The ceiling shattered making it rain debris in the narrow hallway, a loud screech in pain when the knife stuck in the back of his head. Unlucky for him, the knife also slid just underneath the skull. His movements became uncoordinated now and more walls crumbled by his swiping tail, and he seemed to have difficulty feeling which side was up. He tried to swipe at the annoying human that was dangling on his neck, but couldn't coordinate his attacks to actually hit him. The crystal on his chest glowered brown as he prepared for another magic attack.

Glyndwr dropped off of Stigr's neck and made for the crystal. On all fours, he went as quickly as possible. The crystal holds the magic, the magic keeps him alive. If that isn't true, then at least it will stop holding magic. The boy turned onto his back, and pulled his legs into his body; he hoped that a solid kick like this would shatter the gem. So he kicked.

The kick on his chest alarmed Stigr. Of course the crystal was tough enough to withstand a blow like that. But he wouldn't risk another attack so he lowered his body to the ground legs to try and crush the boy below him.
"Annoying pest, what do you think you're doing..."
Uncoordinated earth spikes shot up from the ground at random positions as the lundragan hit the ground making the cramped space even less maneuverable. Though Yui could see the earth lundragan really had lost sense of direction and actually dropped a bit more to the side. Missing the boy with his crushing weight.

Glyndwr rolled to the side, as far as he could, before hitting the side of a spike. Luckily, he rolled far enough to have cleared Stigr's body, and jumped once again onto his back. He would now position himself along the monsters back and attempt a kick at the hilt of the knife, still stuck in the creatures skill.

Stigr felt a sharp pain that was suddenly cut off, and suddenly all of his body except his head felt numb. He tried to move but it was impossible.
"Filthy human, what have you done to me!?"
He roared in rage.
"H... He... cut off your central... cough... nerve system... You... will never... Move again..."
Yui brough out while still gasping for air.
"No! I cannot be brought down by a lowly human! I will get you for this."
The furious lundragan tried to cast more magic.

"Stigr, it's over." Glyndwr said. Fairly certain that he wouldn't be hit by anything while on the beasts back, even if the lundragan could access the magic in the gem on his chest, which was not, technically, connected to the parts of his body that he could control. "And I am not a 'lowly human'. I am a meister of the DWMA. And you did a bad thing, messing with Yui, also a member of the DWMA. Us lot stick together, y'know?"
