Weapon Form: Cecilia's weapon form is dagger with a 10 inch iron blade who's top and side is colored in black, making it look like it's being "Taken over" by a different material. The blade has a straight and sharp side, and a much sharper side with two hooks on it. A glowing purple stripe runs through the middle of the blade up untill the second hook where it turns into a black stripe that merges into the black metal at the top of the blade. The top of the dagger is a triangular-like shape that curves slightly towards the straight side of the iron blade. Its hilt is made of black iron and has lines carved into it as decoration. A black leather thread is wrapped around the grip so that it won't slip out of the wielder's hand. The bottom of the hilt is a fin-like shape that has two 7 inch tall silk threads attached to it.


Love Interest: Cecilia doesn't have a crush at the moment.

Appearance: Cecilia doesn't really look like a 16 year old, she's 5'3" tall and weighs 109 LBS. Because of her height and small cup size Cecilia is often mistaken for a much younger girl. The girl has large, dark orange eyes, and long white hair with a pink/purple tint that ends at her upper thighs. She wears a purple sailor uniform along with a pair of purple stockings and purple sneakers. Cecilia has a somewhat pale skin tone as she barely went outside before going to DWMA.

Personality: At first glance Cecilia basically looks like a emotionless person. She usually has a very passive/neutral expression that doesn't give away any emotions. Even though she barely shows she has emotions, she does have them. Cecilia tends to do everything that she can on her own as she is far from social. Talking to strangers is incredibely hard for her and she even struggles to talk to friends. Because of that she barely starts conversations. If someone that she doesn't know starts talking to her she will stutter and sound like she is absolutely terriffied.

Cecilia is a very polite girl and will show respect to anyone that she meets. She was raised without any explaination about sexual events and at the age of 14 still thought that babies were delivered to your house.. Cecilia eventually found out about the real source at school which was quite a big shock for the girl. She has never had a boyfriend/girlfriend and has only been attracted to someone for about 6 times.

Cecilia spent most of her time in the library as she was absolutely addicted to fantasy and different languages. She is incredibely smart and is able to say that she has a photographic memory after being tested for several weeks. Ceci has often been described as "Scary" as she used rather gory descriptions of how she would kill someone to scare of her bullies at school. Because Cecilia is quite fragile physically, she tends to play with people's minds to scare them off, using their past mistakes and threats. Cecilia is quite flexible and fast which in her eyes makes up for her lack of strength.

History: Cecilia is the only child of Eric and Morgana Valor. Both of her parents are incredibely succesful clothing designers and earned a lot of money. The family lived together in a villa that was located in a neighbourhood for rich people. Ceci's parents were barely home so she was basically raised by the maids, butlers and cooks that were hired by her parents. To make up for barely being at home her parents gave her everything she asked for, which made her a really spoiled child at first. But at the age of 8 the girl started to ask for less and less and began to become a "Nerd" in her parents' eyes. She would spend most of her time in the local library where she ran around all day reading fantasy books and Language guides. At the age of 10 Cecilia was able to speak English, Dutch, French, german and a bit of Latin.  

Sadly, her knowledge wasn't that appreciated at school. She became the victim of many bullies but that didn't last for long as she couldn't care less about the immature "Goons" that constantly tried to make her feel bad. They sometimes managed to crack through her shield and made her cry about three times over a year. After letting the idiots play around with her for several months she began to use every rumor she had about them against the kids and made them cry more  than she did. After threatening one of the bullies and giving him a detailed description of how she was going to "Take care" of him the boys and girls ran off and never bothered her anymore.

At the age of 15 Cecilia was suddenly overwhelmed by the knowledge of her mother being a retired "Weapon" and that she may be one too. After several attempts of turning into a weapon the girl managed to turn into a dagger that had a rather dark look that kind of represented her mind, a dangerous weapon that has rather dark thoughts. Her parents then sent her to DWMA to learn how to control and use her power. Cecilia doesn't really have a main goal other than trying to understand more about weapons and to find a meister.
