Weapon Form:  She is a shorter and lighter variant of the M16A2 assault rifle. Her weapon form is  5.56×45mm NATO. She has a  air-cooled, direct impingement gas-operated, magazine-fed carbine. And a 14.5 in (370 mm) barrel. Her weapon for is handy and more convenient to carry than a full-length rifle.

In her full transformation form Kiyohime can shoot soul bullets. Kiyohime, like most weapons, also has the ability to change just a part of her body into a weapon as well. For example she can change just her arm into the front of the gun If need be. Or shoot bullets from her fingertips, but the bullet in this form are significantly weaker than they would be if she were with a meister, as to be expected of course. Because Kiyohime doesn't have a meister yet this technique can be quite useful if she's ever in a tight situation.

Appearance: Kiyohime is tall for her age, She's stands about 5'8. She has long, pink hair with two bunches tied up with dark black laces, and two twintails on the sides of her face, held together by small cross-shaped barrettes. Her eyes are blue. She wears a simple, blue seifuku. Kiyohime also wears crossed black ribbons up to her knees and black boots.  she also wears garters on each thigh with the addition of black choker around her neck.On her wrists she sports single, fashion handcuffs with few slabs remaining on each.

Personality:  Kiyohime is a strange girl.she can be quite eccentric at times. Kiyohime's condition is a very mild case so there really is no need to fuss over it. But it does affect her actions and daily life sometimes.

An example of Kiyohime's odd mind-set is when she is forced to do something she doesn't want to do. Kiyohime will normally start to cry extremely and without a warning will go off in a fury of rage and switch back and forth. But it never really lasts for long.

Other than that, she's generally is a very sweet and docile girl. She loves taking care of people, her personality is very motherly but if provoked she has a death glare that would send the deadliest of villains running for the hills and like all normal human beings Kiyohime has her faults as well she can be bit of a crybaby and/or brat if she doesn't get her way. But will pout in silence and put up with it if she knows she is in the wrong.

History: Kiyohime doesn't have a tragic tale to tell. She doesn't have some dark secret past or anything like that. Both her parents are still very much alive, they may be getting up there in age but still have some kick left in them. Her family isn't poor nor are they rich, so in technical terms Kiyohime comes from a general run of the mill middle class family. She grew up happy and loved.

It wasn't until her nineth birthday did she realize her special ability.. This wasn't discovered until than because up until now, Kiyohime's life had been pretty ordinary and boring. Her family was visiting a few relatives and all was going relatively well and the sun was just setting. The family was just about to make their way to the beach to shoot some fireworks and watch them sparkle and ignite in a wonderful array of colors and explosions, when they were attacked. The man who had attacked them didn't look quite right. he looked like a man but he looked odd. There just wasn't something right about him, something that didn't seem quite human. There was a hungry look in his eye, and his fingers were all gnarled and gangly.

Her father and uncle bravely tried to protect her mother, aunt and herself. But, the attacker had managed to knock her uncle unconscious. her father, bless his heart did his very best to defend them but ultimately failed.
With her father and uncle laying unconscious in the streets. Her mother and aunt, as a maternal instinct stood in front of her, protecting her from harm. The two women and the child were cornered as their attacker loomed closer.

Kiyohime's heart began to race and a million ideas raced through her head. Was this how it was gonna end? The next few events seemed to be a blur because it happened all so fast. The man became just inches from the three girls, he reached out a hand to grab her mother, Kiyohime screamed and held out her hands in front of her face and closed her eyes tightly. And than the oddest sensation came over her, She felt her right arm tingle like what happens when your foot or hand falls asleep except it was her entire arm this time.. Her arm became numb for a moment and than it felt a lot heavier than usual. There was several bangs, like a machine gun being fired off and than silence.

Kiyohime opened her eyes and noticed why her arm felt heavier. It had transformed into a machine gun. Well the very front part of a machine gun anyways. She had fired multiple rounds into the man's head. Who now laid dead in the middle of the cobblestone road. Her mother,aunt and herself all stared in wide-eyes wonder at the sight of the gun,smoke rising from the nozzle.

And than just as quickly as it happened, it was over. Kiyohime's arm returned to normal as though it had never happened. Her father and uncle eventually came around and it took some convincing to make them realize kiyohime's abilities. They all agreed that it was probably a person's fight or flight instinct that triggered her ability to awaken finally.  The man that had attacked them had disappeared and in its place stood a red glowing orb. It floated in there,suspended by nothing it seemed. Kiyohime got closer to it. Her mother scolded her not to touch it but she did not listen. The orb felt warm to the touch and for some reason Kiyohime's stomach growled. She couldn't quite explain it but she was hungry all of a sudden. Kiyohime opened her mouth and ate the red orb. It was probably one of the best things she had ever eaten.

Of course Kiyohime couldn't go to a regular school. Well she could but her family thought it best for her to be with kids who were more like herself so the start of the fall semester. Kiyohime was enrolled into the DWMA.

Although, she has been at school for some time, Kiyohime has still yet to find herself a meister. What with her slight personality disorders it makes it kind-of hard for her to find someone whom she can match with and because of that Kiyohime has yet to go on a mission. She has  heard wonderful things about them and if she really put her mind to it she probably could go on a mission by herself but she knows its a lot easier and safer to go with your meister.

Kiyohime has only eaten one soul, and that was the one from the man who attacked her and her family, the first night she discovered her ability.

Miscellaneous: Kiyohime has only one true fear.a fear that prevents her from going outside if she can help it and that would be the sun and moon. No one else seems to care much about them but in truth the freak her out.their faces and the blood pouring from the moon's mouth just sends chills up her spine.. Kiyohime will go outside if she needs to but she wont be happy about it.
