It was the weekend and our darling Kiyohime found herself with nothing to do. She had checked the mission boards for maybe something she could do on her own but no dice. So, instead she was debating on going out in the city to see if she could find something to entertain her young mind.. There was just one problem... The sun was at its highest point in the sky...She drew in a deep breath as her hand hovered above the doorknob.' Come on Kiyohime! you got this!! its not soo bad once you get used to it...." She tried to motivate herself... All she had to do was get past the initial sighting and she was golden. Comically large tears streamed down her face as she felt her determination waver...
Kiyohime sank to the floor, her hand still on the doorknob and her head resting against the door in defeat " ngh..why is this sooo haaarrd!" She whined. there had to be something wrong with her brain to have such an irrational fear of the sun and the moon. Nobody else seemed to notice or care about just how creepy their faces were. But there was just something soo unnerving about their wide smiles, their soulless blank stares, their laughter or even the blood that dripped from the moon's mouth that gave her the heebie jeebies.
Something sparked inside her and she was on her feet again. She clenched her fists tightly and looked at the door with a new found confidence.. " I can't give up! if I let something as silly as this defeat me, I'll never be a death scythe.......errr... gun??.... whatever the term is!!" she stated boldly however a little confused about whether the term applied to her since she was a gun instead of an actual scythe. Despite her declaration she still made no attempt at opening the door.
