Appearance: Starr looks like a pretty typical cute teenage girl. With a slim figure and a slight bust, she's very visibly petite. Her skin is soft and smooth, and she has no visible blemishes that mar her skin. Her eyes are a deep brown and are surprisingly striking. More often than not, she looks on people in a judging manner. Her nose is small and button-like. Her hair is decently long and light brown. It's very silky, and she takes care of it to the point of a slight obsession. It goes down to the middle of her back, and occasionally she will tie it up for fighting or sparring.

She wears a rather stereotypical schoolgirl uniform that's black and red with a large red ribbon on her lapel. Her skirt goes to her knees and no further. Stuffed into one of her socks is a little book that she uses for taking notes on things she finds interesting or important.

Personality: Starr is no nonsense and almost all business. She's serious about her training, her fighting, and her goals. And as such, she tends to drag other people into helping her meet her goals. She tends to look down on those who have a lesser work ethic than her and vehemently hates anyone that states that they have one higher than hers. And despite her attitude and adherence to strict regimens, she often finds herself running up against walls that bar her progress. Starr tends to also be very frustrated and in a bad mood due to this.

Even though she's often in a bad mood, it isn't too hard to get her into a good one. She loves sweets and fighting more than she likes air, and one of the easiest ways to see Starr's softer side is to offer her a slice of cake. When she's in a good mood and when she's close enough to someone, she tends to become a lot more awkward. Words that she would often shout with conviction and insults she'd toss out without a second thought become mumbled or often botched. But as she becomes kinder towards someone, the more determined she becomes to become better than them. All the better if they're someone that's constantly reaching new heights. There's a very clear difference between her in a bad mood and her disrespecting you, however. When she doesn't respect someone, it's very blatant. She doesn't give people the time of day when she feels they aren't worth her breath and won't even waste an insult on them.

History: Starr's parents were always quite busy. As a very powerful meister and weapon pair, she grew up with very strong role models that... unfortunately weren't around very often. As such, she would often spend time with her aunt who she despised for her lack of "coolness." Starr learned from her that she too was once a meister and that one day her partner died on the field during a very important mission. This made Starr look down on her, even as a younger child. She felt that anyone that couldn't do what her parents could do, wasn't worthy of her respect.

As she grew older, she also grew brash and more reckless. She would often fight wild animals, other children, even her teachers. Her aunt, the sweet and kindly woman that she was, didn't make much of the delinquency and waved it off saying that "kids will be kids." Things went awry when one day, Starr attempted to wrestle a bear. Yes. A bear. And that bear likely would've killed her and splattered her giblets everywhere if it weren't for her aunt swooping in and dispatching the animal with her bare hands. Starr was scolded severely, and for one of teh first times in her life, she saw her aunt angry.

After calming down from her initial burst of anger, Starr's aunt realized that Starr was far too intent on fighting. It wouldn't be as easy as simply telling her to stop. She would just push harder after being told not to. Then, she had an idea. If she couldn't stop Starr from fighting, she could at least try to mold her so that she did something more practical and helpful with her energy. And so, Starr was sent to Nevada to study at the DMWA as a meister so that she could follow in her mother's footsteps.

Miscellaneous: Starr has a natural affinity for Soul Menace due to her mother but isn't good at using it more often than not.
Starr owns numerous leather jackets, as she went through a delinquent phase when she was younger.
As far as weapons go, Starr is far more comfortable with hand-to-hand combat than any weapon. But that can change.
