Where are our artsy people at?

Whether it's digital or RL art, where are our artistically inclined people? All answers welcome (guys be serious plz), though any way to get them into a digital format would be preferred! Answer here, if you please :)

I am learning to drawl. Paper and Digital.
But I have basically just started being really interested in drawling. But i definitely am thinking with the art side of my brain or I wouldn't like it as much as I have.

I can draw somewhat, Ema has seen me and taught me but only the basics. Anyway I am going to use one of my drawings for my next character... It is dawning on me that I am making lots of characters... But somehow I find people for them. Anyway I will remake the drawing to make it a bit bigger, maybe either that or find a camera that I can use that is not my laptop. Also I don't do color, I only do Black and White drawings. Which kinda captures this guy pretty well!
