Boots!
No, seriously. Her weapon form is of the armor weapon variety, a pair of steel-toed boots that conform to the user and their tastes, altering the general appearance to the meister's preference. While seemingly two parts, if either boot is removed, it will disappear as soon as it is no longer touching the meister, and Lily has to transform back into a human and then into her weapon form once more for it to reappear. By all accounts, there is nothing exemplary about her form, at least, not in appearance. Like her siblings, she has an affinity for an element, hers being electricity, though she can almost only use it aesthetically, on her own. As she is young, most of her capabilities are undiscovered, and she has only recently begun to transform, at all.


Abilities:

Abilities	Description
Taser	Lily can charge, or have enough charged, electricity into her weapon form to act as a taser, stunning and wholly incapacitating enemies.
Long Fall	Lily’s weapon form prevents fall damage.
Lightning Boots	When worn by a meister, Lily provides a speed boost. This has to be trained to be used properly, but it can be done.
Electric Pulse	An advanced form of Taser, accomplished through usage of such, using this attack sends a pulse wave of electricity through the target. Used with enough force, it’s effect becomes akin to being struck by lightning.

Appearance:
Blending in with the family, Lily's hair and eyes are all blue, though a lighter shade than her sister's; her eyes match her brother's. She is thin but not sickly so, lanky only due to her age, in-between growth spurts, as she is. She keeps her hair down, for the most part, and it reaches her lower back, at present. However, she has been known to grow it out, cut it, donate it, and repeat the process once more. Unlike her siblings, she has no apparently "set" attire or style, wearing whatever pleases her, at the moment. For modern times, especially, she does maintain far more modesty than most girls even her age, and almost never has a shirt without an undershirt, or a skirt or dress without a pair of shorts, regardless of the exposure or length. She doesn't do anything fancy with her hair or nails, and won't touch make-up, siting that she has no need for any of it. However, she does have an apparent interest in boots of any kind, rather amused, with her weapon form being what it is.

Family, future, and heart are the things that drive Lily forward in all that she does, taking on the roles of her core values. Lilian is a kind young lady with a big, open heart, willing to give anything she has to those in need, but always knowing when to stop in order to care for her own self. She is straight-forward, willing to fight for her beliefs and others, but otherwise, she's actually rather quiet. Lily appears to be just at home in a crowd as she is alone, though she does best in small groups, thriving off of the energy of otherwise without getting adversely negative effects, such as becoming overwhelmed. At no time is she ever tired of her older brother, despite the frequency at which the two clash. She would do anything for him, and is, in fact, prone to following him around without any apparent or particular reason other than their being related.

History:
Like her brother, Lily was born into and raised by a wealthy couple; their father is a multi-billion dollar stock holder, and their mother a well-known British professor. Lily attended the same private school as her brother, albeit several grades behind him, still living the same, London-dwelling life as him. As a side effect of this, she, though not as drastically as her brother, has a thick, upper class British accent and prestine manners. They lived a posh life, having everything provided for them. Because of this, they are used to getting what they want without even having to ask. Unlike her brother, however, this has done everything but make her cold. In stark contradiction to the older male, Lily is the type of child to save up her allowance and spend it on the homeless, and has done so for her birthday every year since she knew what the homeless even were --- at three. As such, she is well-known back home, a trait that, while nice, can also be rather smothering, and sometimes, dangerous. This fact was never made more important than when, coming home one day from school, she ran into a drunkard who, apparently, was aware of her famous repuation. Seeking a meal ticket to his habit, he attacked her. Unable to run, she panicked, transforming her leg from the knee, down, and striking him with the heel of her weapon form. Even at her young age, the attack worked like a touch-only tazer, and the man fell, quickly. Surprisingly, she was able to repeat the transformation when she returned home, recounting the incident to her parents. Shocked, they agreed to send her to live and attend school with her elder brother, Joseph, at the DWMA.
