The banner hangs over the ballroom, glistening as the low lights bounce off of the reflective material. Inside, there's fog machines going, painting the floor in an eerie mist, and subtle lights hidden throughout the room to provide some way to see where the guests are walking. Elsewise, there's only hanging lanterns, some enchanted, some with cheap little battery powered lights to keep from risking a fire hazard. Only so much of it can be seen from the entrance, though you can hear the music within, a halloween playlist with overlapping sound effects from the various activities and booths inside.
