Weapon Form: when in her weapon form, Mei transforms into a medium length sword that, while appearing very fragile, is extremely difficult to break with brute strength alone. The handle of the sword is black like the blade with an intricately woven pattern of metallic red that extends up into the blade which allows her to channel the soul wavelength of both her and her meister during resonance when the blade of the sword doubles in width (sometimes triples depending on how high she is resonating) and ignites in flames which can change color depending on how high she resonates  allowing her meister to not only slice, but burn the opponent severely. She can ignite the blade on her own but the flames will stay orange.
Mei is able to transform either arm into the blade of her weapon form at her elbow. She can also use her own wavelength to illuminate the pattern which proves useful for warming herself up when she is cold. This doesn't take any toll on her which is a big benefit.

Appearance: Mei has shoulder length blueish black hair that is typically a little messy with bangs that slightly hide her deep blue eyes. She generally wears a long sleeved black hoody which is a little bit big on her with black pants. Her hoody covers the faded scars on her arms. Her scars aren't very noticeable but she is pretty self conscious about it most of the time. She is very light, and is more muscle than fat, only weighing around 100 pounds. She only stands 5'5". She appears very fragile but can usually stand her own in a fight.
 
Personality: Mei is often very shy and at first may seem a bit cold or withdrawn from the world. However, she has been trying to come out of her shell and has been being more social with people, though she still is nervous. She likes to watch people from a distance at first but sometimes will go right into the crowd.  She doesn't talk much and  a lot of times she tries not to be really noticed. Parts of her past still make her weary around people but because of aeros, who was a good friend and meister, she is overcoming that fear.
If mei sees someone in any kind of trouble, she is usually quick to help them. Often times its like she turns into a whole nother person, and her normally uneasy, fearful, and cautious wavelength is replaced with a calm, soothing one. She has been able to use this to counteract the effects of madness in others and to try to calm people and help them however she can.
Mei is a loyal girl, and will stay by the side of those she cares about untill her last breath.

History: Mei had a really rough childhood, her brother, Kashaku, would often beat her, and torture her in any way he could. He also enjoyed mentally torturing her. Her father wasn't much better, always drunk and hateful. This only got worse after her mother died when Mei was only five. Between her father and Kashaku, Mei was given many scars and bruises which she has always been very subconscious about. At school she was teased because of her bruises, and Mei quickly learned how to blend in with her surroundings. As she grew up she started becoming more and more quiet and shy. When she met aeros, she started to trust people, and while he has seemingly disappeared, he has changed Mei forever and given the courage she needs to try to overcome her boundaries.

Other: Mei has a mild form of soul perception that she has began developing
. So long as she works with it, it will continue to improve and advance. Also, Mei can hide some things from her wavelength such as feelings that could possibly be percepted by others with soul perception. Because of her ability to slip into the calm wavelength, she is also able to resonate rather easily.

Accepted! I really can't think of any problems here. The weapon form is practical, her personallity is strong and well-defined, and her history shows a pretty clear and complete picture of how she grew into the person that she is today.
