Personality: He is rather cold when you first meet him, but if you get him to like you he will stand by your right or wrong.

History: He was born to a rather rich family, since his father owned a few companies of varying types. Unlike his brother he chose to stay with his family rather then run off with friends and gangs and such, so he learned about the world of business from his father. When he was 17 his father died and so Lucius took the company over in his place.

Miscellaneous: Hates his brother, as he feels that Jake abandoned the family. Also sometimes smokes (though mostly as something to channel boredom into) and is clearly, quite rich.
