Weapon Form
Riot shield.
Whenever he enters his weapon form, he becomes a large, black sheet metal shield with a transparent aluminum visor. If necessary, he is able to be set on the ground and stand firmly. No offensive features are immediately visible.
Two lights are on the front of it on either side, controlled by a button on top of the handle behind the shield. If pressed, the lights turn on. If held, the lights do a strobe effect. This is not necessarily harmful, just irritating to eyes depending on the situation.

Description
This very dark-skinned man is very careful to shave all his hair every day. He tends to wear simple, orange robes in a traditional Buddhist manner. His skin, aside from his face, is heavily scarred, though his clothing keeps such facts covered.

Personality
He is an extreme pacifist. When faced with a fight, he will take the hits to either buy time to talk the enemy down or distract from his allies so they can take it down. He is constantly friendly, understanding and respectful of all views. At the same time, he recognizes the threat of Witches and Kishin, so he wishes to help in any way he can, preferring to simply turn them good even in the face of impossibility.
Deeper analysis would show borderline masochism stemming from severe depression as the basic reasoning for his actions, but such truths are unknown even to himself.

History
He's gone through hell and is willing to see the good in all that has any because of it. He was horribly abused throughout most of his life by particularly sadistic relatives of varying levels of closeness, all of whom were always careful to not harm his face to avoid legal inspection. When he turned into a shield, breaking his older brother's hand, he left and began travelling. While travelling, he discovered Buddhism. One thing led to another and he entered the academy to be trained and help the world.

As is plainly obvious, wielding this character is extremely limiting due to the nearly complete absence of offensive features aside from being a heavy metal thing, which is also limited due to the act of synchronizing with a pacifist. While he would gladly accept a wielder, he recognizes such a thing will probably not happen, so he'll probably be wielding himself for the most part.
