Accepted Characters Clean-up!

Alright, so Waffles, Linx, and I are in charge of Meisters, so it is likely that I will stay in that section, BUT!!!


I am going through the accepted characters and leave comments or PMs to have their owners make edits to characters. This includes: expanding descriptions, possibly adding abilities, verifying that everyone only has ONE WEAPON FORM, ensuring that everything complies to the rules and that NO ONE has copies of existing characters from any medium, and checking to see which meisters have weapons, etc. etc. (cause meisters, some kishins, and witches can all wield).
