A Magic Trick

Charim lay on her broom, spinning. The broom floated in the main hall, spinning slowly, ever slowly, as she stared up at the ceiling. She made sure not to go to quickly, else she would become dizzy. Her hands would occasionally spark with blue magic, and the broom would slowly lift a few feet more into the air. I'd like nothing more than something to do...

Charim turns her head, seeing Lenore. She smiles. "I heard you liked butterflies. Is that true?"

The broom lowers, and Charim hops off. She walks over to Lenore, kneeling down and smiling sweetly. "Then watch this..." She cups her hand, breathing into them. When she opens her hands there's a butterfly, its wings shimmering through each of the colors of the rainbow. It flutters its wings and takes flight, leaving a trail of sparkles that shift in color just as its wings do. Charim watches as the butterfly flies around before landing on Lenore's shoulder. "Is that butterfly good. Lenore?"

She grins. "I'm glad you like it...It'll stay, if you want it to..."

She nods, smiling. "You can give it a name, if you want..."

Charim stands, smiling. "You can call it whatever you want..."

Charim smiles, calling her broom over. She slowly shrinks it, letting it drop into her hat before placing it back on top of her head. "I'm glad you like it...I'm really glad, sweety..."

Charim's smiles wavers bit. "I learned it from my mother...She used magic a lot just like I do..."

Charim takes on a thoughtful expression. "I don't know...I've never taught another person magic, and I think you have to be born with it...But if you want to try, you have to ask Daddy..."

Sprocket leaned against a corner watching with a smile. It amused him to make Lenore toys in his spare time, she reminded him of his youngest sister growing up, only nicer.

Charim pushes a loose strand of hair out of her face. "You know you can always come to me if you need something to do or someone to play with you, right?"

OOC: God sprocket sounds like such a creeper. X)

OOC: ...Muffin button....

Ooc: I'm not trying to be creepy! I'm just trying to make him sound nice!

OOC: He sounds creepy, bro.

Lenore looked surprised, "You like to play?" she seemed excited.

Charim nods, smiling sweetly. "Of course I do. You only needed to ask me when you felt lonely...So, do you want to play anything right now?"

OOC: So, Charim sounds like that witch from Tangled...
