A PGM Hecate lll wavelength rifle.A bolt action rifle with a front bipod and a rear monopad and high telestopic scope.Range up to one hundred fifty meters,and effective range is one hundred thirty meters.Fluted long barrel and distinct muzzle break give it little to no recoil.

Personality: Kyle is a very hyperactive and uncontrollable kid.He loves to skateboard and go free running over doing almost everything he does.He loves to turn everything into a challenge or a game always giving his all.He is kind soul who deeply cares and stays loyal to his friends.With his eccentric attitude Kyle rarely gets scared or anxious of anything.Completely full of himself Kyle challenges even the most dangerous and difficult things.Though like this he would never let his fun hurt others or risk thier lives.
History:Born in the suburbs of Philadelphia Kyle grew up with a nice life.Being away from the city the suburbs allowed him to discover two life long hobbies.Parkour and skateboarding was all he ever did.He never had any friends but was cool with almost everyone at school and in his neighborhood.He found out he was a weapon during school while watching a documentary on WWll snipers.Picturing the rifle himself he turned his arm in the middle of class.After this his parents sent him off to DWMA to go find himself and experience academy life.

There's only one change you need to make, Khar. This character is mentioned to be an anti-material rifle which could be good but it at least reads like it makes and fires it's own actual bullets, which is a bit OP because, realistically, who's going to be able to literally dodge and survive being shot with high-power rounds. It needs to be changed to specify it's a wavelength gun.... HOWEVER, to keep with it's inspiration, you can say that it inflicts more damage on armored opponents, which would still make it very effective for a ranged wavelength weapon.
