Drake & Candace's table (Appetizer Round)

Candace looked at her designated number and stood to make her way to the black table.

Droon swaggers to the black table and turns the chair backwards before sitting on it "Hello, good to meet you, yada yada, boring stuff, I'm here for the food." He says, lazily flicking his snake like tongue. "Also, I've kinda been flirting back and forth with one of the busty chicks running the juice bar, Sooo...."

Candy pouted when Droon said that he was here just for the food. She was almost disappointed. Then she decided to ignore it and to try to make the snake tongue man speak, because he had a snake tongue. "At least introduce yourself? My name is Candy!!" She said, starting off at a normal volume and then at a too loud volume. She threw her arms into the air too, as if shouting wasn't enough.

Droon cringes a little as she begins practically screaming "Uuuhhh, I'm Droon." He sits up and strengthens his clothes "did you, perchance, lose a hearing aid or...something?"

Drake had also arrived what he likes to call, fashionably late. Nothin like keepin a girl waiting. He looked at his ticket (907659) and noticed his table was taken.'Oh man now what!' He started loking for an open table. He hoped his uncle's tuxedo wouldn't go to waste tonight.

Their hostess stepped over to the black table, smiling politely at Droon. "Looks like your partner made it here afterall," she said, nodding to the girl at the next table. "You can switch back after the appetizers, if you want." She offered Candace a soft, polite smile, apologizing silently.

"Oh, uhhh, guess I'm at that table then." He says, standing up awkwardly and scorching his way to the appropriate table.

Drake saw his chance. He quickly made his way to the black table. He held out his hand. "Hi, I'm Drake Levesque. Sorry that I'm late. I hope I didn't keep you waiting." He was dying on the inside. 'This is a lot different then what I thought it would be.' He thought to himself.

Candace swung her hand into the hand of Drake, grabbing it and shaking it up and down, enthusiastically. "Hi! My name is Candy!" She exclaimed; loudly. "I had a snake tongue man around! His snake tongue was funny."

Drake thought for a moment. "Oh, yeah. Droon. His meister is related to my meister. They're a pretty bad ass team. Me and my meister are pretty awesome too. We fought in Berlin against Inker. I wish he were sane, though. He has black blood, but I'm trying to figure out how to fix him. It was my fault. I let him get too cocky, which he tends to do. But enough of me. I'm thirteen. How old are you?" Drake was twiddling his thumbs under the table. Did he talk to much? He hoped not. He also hoped she wasn't too old for him.

"I'm older!" Candy exclaimed. The answer was technically a valid one, but not one that that was acceptable, so she said again; "Add two years to yours." She was very quite excitable.

"That's great! We're close to the same age! Now, are you a weapon or a miester?" Drake was more calm now that he knew she wasn't too much older than him.

"I'm a bouncy ball." Candy said, pushing herself up and down in her seat to simulate a bouncing. "I like bouncing. Bouncing is fun!" She exclaimed, once again, way too loudly.

"Hehe, yeah." Drake doesn't really know whats going on. Is she ok?

"I like food too... Can we get some food now? Food sounds good. That rhymed!" Candy said, quite quickly. She then groaned a little. "I'm sorry, I'm not used to being not hyper and I'll try to be less hyper from now on, ok?"

"Ok, whatever you want. Let's get some food." Drake waved over a waiter. "We're ready to order now. I think I'll have the Australian dish."

"I'll have that too." Candy said, not even knowing what else was on the menu. Australian sounded nice, anyway.

He decided to ask the same question he did before. "So, are you a weapon or a meister?"

"I already told you that I'm a bouncy ball." She said, in a slightly annoyed tone. "But that's ok, I guess I wasn't clear enough!" There was a complete flip in the was she said the two sentences, one after the other. "I'm a weapon."

Drake was starting to realize a patten. Crazy, then fine. Crazy, then fine. "Cool, I'm a scythe. I only have seven souls, though."

"I have no souls. I don't have a meister, either." Candy said, in a normal talking tone. "Trying not to be weird feels weeeeirrrrrd~!"

Drake chuckled a little, and decided to change the topic. "So, do you live in the dorms?"

"Yup." Candy replied, nodding her head vigorously.

Drake was starting to like her weirdness. She seemed like a really fun girl. "So, do you live in the dorms? I do." He was trying to know as much about her as possible.

Candy put a finger to her chin and tilted her head in confusion. "Why do you ask things twice? I only just answered that question..."

Ooc: sorry. Forget that he asked it twice. Im such a dope

Drake looked a little confused. "I did? Wow, I guess I'm a little forgetful today."
