Appearance: Randir Talan is a small 14 year old boy, coming in at barley 4'6'. He is rather skinny for his age, being of small build. He has greyish-white hair, in a messy, unkempt fashion. He has yellow eyes and an angular face, with a small mouth and nose. His skin is a creamy white. He has long legs for his body. He wears khakis and a grey, slightly frayed, polo shirt with black tennis shoes. He has a necklace with the shape of two small fly wings on it hanging from his neck, something he "borrowed from a jewelry shop.

Personality: Randir is not necessarily anti-social, but he would rather be by himself than in a group. In spite of this, he can make friends, albeit not very easily. He is like a fly in the respect that he will quickly avoid threats, questions he doesn't want to answer, and pretty much anything he doesn't want to deal with. He can move surprisingly quickly. He has an innate fear of spiders, frogs, some bird, pretty much anything that eats flies (which there are a lot of... hes got issues). He is twitchy in his movements, not graceful by any definition of the term. He also has the habit of rubbing his hand together absentmindedly.


History:Randir Talan grew up in an Upper New York apartment building, with his two parents. His parents were not abusive or mean, but simply were not there most of the time. They worked some dreary job in stocks, bonds or something that would make a child's head spin. They were very wealthy, however. Very wealthy. The apartment he grew up in was no less than 5000 square feet. However, as his parents were constantly busy, out, or simply had better things to do, he was raised less by his parents and more by a long succession of maids, cleaning ladies, and au'pairs.  
     He never left the apartment much when he was a child; his parents would simply die if one of their colleagues found out they were burdened with a child (especially one so odd looking), so he was schooled mostly by private tutors and whatever teacher had been kicked out of their school. The education was good, but dreary at best. As he started to get a bit older, he became much more trouble for his parents. Not in the usual ways, with boughts of naughtiness or rudeness, but simply because you cant keep a 13 year old boy in the house forever. His parents tried to send him to more than one long term boarding school, but he kept misbehaving just enough to be sent back.
     Then, one day, it happened. Somehow, he managed to use the flies in the house to disrupt a meeting going on between his father and a high level investor in... something. Once his parents came to the awful realization they had a witch (ahem, sorcerer) for a son, they just about lost it. They couldn't keep this, this monster in their house. They realized they needed him to be gone. There had never been much documentation on him to begin with (the lawyers had much more important things to do), so they saw it fit to give him $20,000 dollars, set him on the curb outside, and slam the door. Content with his newfound freedom and newfound power, as well as the small fortune in his pocket, he didn't fear being let loose in Manhattan. However, in less than 4 days, he had lost all his money in various scams, muggings, and one extremely unfortunate incident involving a pigeon. He tried to go back to his parents, but they had all but forgotten about him. He now roams around the Big Apple, looking for any work to do and anywhere he can afford to stay.

Miscellaneous: Soul: His soul is perfectly round, but has two large fly wings coming out of either side.

Soul Room: His soul room is an enormous flat plane, with a smooth white floor and a featureless white fly. It is constantly vibrating. Some could even say it was buzzing (ha).

Abilities:
Soul Protect- Your generic Soul Protect. Makes it to where others can't sense his witches soul.

Swarm- Uses nearby flies to generate a malleable swarm of flies at his control. Can be used for weapons or defense. He can also step onto the swarm and hover a short ways off the ground, for a very short period of time. The swarm is only as powerful as the flies nearby. Operates at a maximum range of 50 feet.

Fly on the wall- Can use a fly in a select location and see what it sees, as well as hear what it hears. Takes 2 post to charge and only work withing about 15 feet, making it good for seeing around corners and under doors.

Transform: Generic Witch transformation, can turn himself from human form to a tight ball of flies. Killing some of these flies results in injury to his human form.
