Hm, is it possible to make a Kishin, that is good. And is allowed in Death City. 

Or something that is like a Kishin but is allwed to be in Death City.

A kishin has to be built, not made immediately. Can't start as a full fledged kishins.

Alright, who will stay for a RP with a new character that I am working on. Reason I said this is because literally half of my characters are waiting on someone. And I dunno if they quitted or not.

I'd RP with Ortheus. Also to help you with your previous question, you could just make a Meister whom was once a Kishin Egg before being reformed and purged of all his souls. To keep him Kishin like (More like just a little below mid-level Kishin in terms of power) you could give him a Madness Takehold form that carried over from the accumulated Madness he gained while following the path of a Kishin. To restrain the power though, you must make him incapable of sustaining the form for prolonged periods of time without losing complete control of himself and returning to the path of a Kishin. To negate this, you could always just partner or preform Chain Resonace with individuals that possess Anti-Demon, Anti-Madness, and/or other spiritual aspects that negate the sway of Madness.

I got it all figured out, also I don't have to have a Madness wavelength at the current moment until I reach 25 souls. THEN I am forced to have one. But I just might as well make one.

So you're going for a self-righteous Kishin Egg type that believes what he's (or she's) doing is the right thing to do to make a positive change in the world?

Oh heck no, he was a regular human that was kidnapped, forced to eat a Innocent Soul, then was experimented on. His family was tortured, gutted, and he was forced to watch everything he loved and cared for disappear. This made him insane and so the scientists started to experiment on him and somewhat dissecting him in order to see what a Kishin Egg is and how it functions. Eventually they were stopped, and he escaped. Even though he had a Kishin Egg soul, he is still a good guy. So I guess the DWMA will somehow recover him, and basically make sure he doesn't freaking snap in public or something like that.

Well you see, it doesn't exactly work like that. If the DWMA is going to take in a Kishin Egg, they most definitely will purge him of any innocent souls. It's exactly the case with Crona when they joined. In the anime Crona was simply purged by Maka's wavelength but in the manga, Lord Death purged the souls from Crona himself.

Hm, well is there any way for a KE to be in the DWMA without being purged, cause that is my goal.
