Kiri is a handheld 'Rocket Powered Mega Drill', the picture pretty much describes it, only, there are 3 exhaust pipes on either side.

Appearance:

Kiri has long blond flowing hair, with light complexion and red eyes and a scar coming from below her chin up to her mid-left cheek. She's 1.76 Meters tall and wears a dark red elegant dress, with some of the bottom part crudely cut off to make more combat efficent, and black heel shoes with part of the heel crudely cut off to again, make it more combat efficent.

Personality:

She used to be a strategic genius, but almost nothing remains of that skill. Her madness shows in the form of hyperactiveness, which, in combination of her very cold personality that retained, creates very akward situations.

History:

Her life started quite normally, 200 years ago. Kiri was a normal student at Shibusen and everything seemed to be alright, until, one day, her meister was nearly killed in a hard mission, he blamed Shibusen on it, and "Accidentaly" fed Kiri a human asoul in anger.

Kiri ran away after that, and vowed to get revenge. She started eating human souls, and as she did, her madness grew, first she blamed her meister, then she blamed Shinigami, then she blamed Shibusen, and then she blamed all off Death City!

Then, a couple years later, she found out her tactical and strategic abillities, she made a plan, she was able to inflitirate Shibusen, get inot the Death Room and fought Shinigami himself, which is also how she ogt her scar.

Eventually, she was killed in the battle, but for a reason unknown to anyone, and unsure if it is known to her, her body survived, and her soul got lost. To make sure she oclud never resurrect somehow, her body was frozen and sent away, far away.

One day, a pair of warlocks found her, and via black blood and somehow finding her soul, were able to resurrect her.

Miscellaneous:

She had black blood, but currently has very little control of it, but able to harden it to clear wounds and also create a solid black blood clone that will last for a couple minutes.

Kiri is a demon blade.
