Personality: Calm, happy and upbeat. Confident. Somewhat easily flustered

History: Grew up in a family of Meisters. She rarely saw her uncles and siblings. basically it was her and her parents. Occasional when family would visit she would bombard them with questions on their travels. She always wanted to go adventuring for herself. Generally her family would avoid going to the DWMA but Layla was having difficulty finding a partner and wasn't as strong as many of her family members. So they sent her there to be safe. Her parents sold the house. So now there is no going back, her parents wanted the thrill again so they did. Occasionally she gets a visit in death city but they are becoming more sparse.
She quickly grew hungry for adventure and devoted herself strongly in the DWMA. She is still looking for a weapon but every time she scares them off by asking so many personal questions. So its a never ending cycle of failure.
