Gender: Unknown; usually referenced as a Male

Appearance: No consistent form, changes everyday. The only recognizable feature about him is the head, where he has a set of four horns that are also randomized everyday, the face which is like a deranged smile with soul piercing eyes, and is made of metal. The color of his metal turns into a lavender and prupleish tone of color, also another recognizable feature.

Personality: Completely insane on the logical level. He never says on topic for more than a couple of sentences, and usually insults someone both directly and indirectly while speaking. He loves the feeling of pain and giving it out to others, hearing them scream for their life. He tends to ask questions a lot, as if trying to teach as he kills. It's currently unknown of any other detail of how he acts, since it's difficult to even be around.

Love interest: No one

History: Zepar was created by an old Kishin, one that hid itself until the time deemed it necessary to come out. During the Kishin's rampage to become one, it loved to kill just for fun, seeing the fear and distress of its victims, putting everything into despair. However, when the Kishin grew old it decided to do something to spread madness more efficiently, it created a machine modeled and named after the demon "Zepar".

When this construct was created and put into motion, the Kishin gave it the powers of the mad demon and added its own madness to it. This...was a mistake on the Kishin's part. When the construct awoke, it grabbed the nearest metal object, forming it into anything it so desired, and battled the Kishin head on. This surprised this Kishin at first, but fought on in order to command its creation. However, with the construct having no feeling of being tired, the Kishin was overwhelmed after what seemed to be a whole day of fighting and was killed violently.

With the blood of a Kishin now on its metal face, this Construct named "Zepar" went everywhere. Killing, by not killing. Having the powers and abilities of the demon Zepar, it was using it to what the actual demon would do. Having innocent souls kill their own flesh and blood and drive the world into deeper madness. It pops in itself every now and again, just to see the blood fly.

It lives within a cave, several miles from the city of Rome. And it comes out whenever it feels the need, the need to see the blood of humans and animals alike.

Abilities: Able to control the minds of humans and animals that have weak mental stability and do its bidding for a set amount of time, usually lasting around 15 minutes to at most an hour, though he is unable to control passed the first order and cannot do it twice in one day, else he suffers a deactivation due to too much power use. Able to create its own body from any metal it finds, as well as any weapon that takes place of one of its limbs.

Miscellaneous: It has a strange lust for ceramic, sometimes acts like a lizard, and will lick your face if it likes you.

Accepted! The mind control thing feels potentially OP and IDK what to think about him murdering his master, but the thing about him being made out of whatever metal he can find is verry intresting. So considering he can only use specific items in his body to fight and that he won't be able to wield a weapon, I think it'll be alright. He's a verry wierd character, but feels like he could be a verry fun one.
