Name: The Diederick Foundation (or simply "The Foundation")

Purpose: The Foundation serves the personal interests of its leader out of a combination of fear, money, or simple loyalty, varying widely depending on the individual.

Location: Oceania (Challenger Deep) Underwater base, codenamed "Atlantis"

Description: The Diederick Foundation is an organization which exists purely for the purpose of serving Clyde's personal interests. It was entirely founded by Clyde himself, and it has since become entirely self sufficient. The main base of operations "Atlantis" mines gold from subterranean caves and raises crops and livestock in the facility itself. The majority of all members are a melting pot of highly paid soldiers, brilliant scientists, and (recently) nearly 500 of the most dangerous mental patients on earth (rescued from incarceration in Broadmoor Asylum), as well as others that Diederick has recruited personally. The group has access to advanced technology, military might, and highly talented personnel, not even bringing into account the tremendous amounts of wealth owned by the foundation.

Requirements: As a sign of loyalty, all members have the above symbol branded into the skin of the neck.
