"Where are we going?" Kataro asked curiously.

"somewhere that nobody knows about" connor lead kataro to a park that he hadn't been to before, despite being in the desert it was able to hold many bright colored trees, flowers, and other plants. "beautiful isn't it?"

"Wow..." Kataro said as he looked around. "I've never seen anything like this..." He said in awe. A smile was on Kataro's face, then it turned into a frown. "How do you think people will react to... Us...?" He asked as he looked at Connor.

"our friends are kind people, if they don't accept us then we shouldn't be calling them friend anyway"

"I guess you're right..." Kataro said as he continued to examine the scenery. "So... What do you wanna do now?" He asked. He was out of ideas.

"whatever you want." connor said, implying something.

"What do you mean...?" Kataro asked with a squinted eyes.

connor pulled up a white flower from the ground and handed it to kataro. he then sat under a tree with him and had casual chit-chat about eachother.

"So... It'll be funny seeing Metzgers reaction to us. She'll probably treat us like sissies!" He said with a smile.

"psssh she already does, and coming from her i won't argue." connor said chuckling.

"Yeah. But it won't matter. As long as we're together..." He said as he looked Connor in the eyes. "Do you think that... This could go... Father?"

"I do" connor rest his head on kataro's chest. "I think we have a future"

"But. This all happened so quickly. Maybe this is all a spur of the moment thing...? Maybe its to fast?" He said with doubt in his voice. He wasn't sure about it... He lived Connor... But was this all a giant illusion?

"there are no rules to things like this, we have full control of it, not others. if we wanted to get married tomorow for example, who says we can't.? although that may be too drastic an example"

"Is it..." Kataro said as he blushed. "I mean... We love each other... And... We wanna be with each other forever so..." He said, whispering the words out. "Never mind... That's crazy talk..."

connor stared at the stars and dozed off. He slowly fell asleep with his head on kataro's torso. lightly snoring as he did so.

Kataro smiled and gently rubbed Connor's head. "I'm gonna do it..." He thought to himself. "When he wakes up. I'm gonna propose!" He though triumphantly. "Even if I don't have any rings. It'll be ok!"

Connor slept soundly through the night, he rolled over further onto kataro and smiled as he did so.

Kataro let out a yawn. "It's getting late... We shoul ld probably head home." He thought to himself. He gently tapped Connor on his chest to wake him up. "We should get going." He whispered to Connor with a smile.

connor slowly opened eyes and stretched. he sat up and began walking with kataro. "We should stay at your place"

"Sure..." Kataro said with a smile as he stood up. He sat there for a moment and stretched. He looked around then looked Connor into his eyes. "Listen... I know its a little late and you just woke up and you're probably tired and I don't have the rings but...!! Will... Will you marry me...?" He said as he knelt down and held his arms out with a smile.

"kataro i- I don't know heart to say" connor ran into kataros arms. And tackled him with a hug
