Vail took her hands and started to rub them, getting the friction to warm her hands. "Don't be sorry, I had a lot of fun." The rubbing got a little stronger as he was building up more friction to warm her hands as the wind hit them causing great feeling of iciness.

"You s-sure..." Saiko stutters, looking up at him thinking that he might hate her if he gets ill. Her glasses were all foggy and covered with water droplets.

Taking her glasses off her face, Vail looked them over and pulled a small cloth from his back pocket. He made sure to clean off the water and fogginess. He smiled at her and pressed his forehead against her's, "Im very sure." He pulled his jacket over her shoulders, effectively covering her upper body to help keep her warm.

"T-thanks..." She whispers, blushing lightly. Her golden eyes were twinkling a little bit, since her glasses were now off. "I-I'm really glad we met that o-one day..."

Vail smiled and he closed his eyes a bit. "I am too...don't think...no i know I wouldn't want to be anyone else's Weapon..." Opening his eyes a little, Vail pulled some of her hair back behind her ear and brushed some of his silver hair from his eyes, forehead still pressed against her's.

She smiles a small smile and whispers, "And I wouldn't dream of being another person's meister." That was the first time in years where Saiko had said something confidently, not stuttering once.

Slowly moving a hand to Saiko's cheek, Vail looked directly into her eyes. He felt like he was there looking into the universe for a long while before he started to lean forward. "Saiko...I..."

"Vail! I see you--Oh my god!" Gianna appeared from behind a tree and looked shocked as a deer in head lights. "Why did you stop!? Oh you were going to kiss her huh?? Huh???? I know you were! Oh no and I runied it! Noo! Im sorry Vail! Im SSSSSsssooooorrrryyyyy.....!!" Her voice trailed as she ran away and she was gone quickly...

Vail's face was crimson, like someone splashed fresh blood over his entire face and he looked horrified as she ran away. His body stiffened a little watching Gianna run off....

"I-I..." She was blushing lightly, not as embarrassed as Vail. "T-this was f-fun but I think s-she wants to talk to y-you."

Vail was still shocked as everything was coming into place. "Who was that-how did she know me-why did she come here of all places!?!?!"

Gianna returned after a bit and looked nervous, "Hey Vail...sorry Its me...Gianna, your cousin." She blushed from embaressment. "Look Im sorry I ruined...oh god was that your first kiss--yah!!"

Vail leaped on her and was screaming bloody murder, a cloud of dust appeared as both started to brawl. They both ended up with bruises and a few cuts...but mostly dirty...

"A-are you two o-okay!" Saiko asks worriedly, running towards them. "T-this is turning into a h-horrible day...." She whispers, not know what to do anymore.

Gianna chuckled and got up, she wasn't very hurt, and neither was Vail. "Im alright, I understand, Vail deserved to kickt he crap out of me."

Vail looked rather upset still, his teeth bared and looked to be ready to go and fight some more. "Grrrr!!"

Gianna laughed again, "Just like Joseph...oops, nevermind. Oh please Vail...go kiss your girl, I'll leave ya be." She simply just walked off, giggling to herself.

"C-calm down...." Saiko whispers, focusing mostly on Vail's anger. "Please d-don't go after her and b-beat her up...." She begs, not wanting to see anyone get hurt because of this.

Vail looked at Saiko and his anger immediately ceased. "Saiko..." Walking right up close to her, he took her cheek in his hand like before and looked at her. A smile crept on his face.

"Y-yea...?" Saiko whispers, barely loud enough for him to hear. She was looking up at him innocently, blushing a light red color.

Just as before he was interrupted, Vail slowly leaned forward and lightly pressed his lips to his Meister's own. He would not press further then a gentle kiss and held his lips contacted to her's for about six seconds before slowly pulling away.

"I-I...." She stutters, blushing a crimson red color. Her legs began to shake and she felt like her body was going to give in at any moment. The only reason she was like that was because, that was her first kiss as well as his.

"I hope I didn't do something you didn't want me to..." His hand slowly slid off her face and he took two steps back and looked at her, his facial expression was one of peacefulness. He saw she started to shake a little and he placed his hands on her shoulders to keep her steady.

"I'm s-sorry..." She whispers embarrassed. "It's just....that w-was my f-first kiss..."

"It was mine too." He pulled her into an embrace.

"I d-don't understand t-though.... why m-me?" She whispers, squeezing her eyes shut.

"I felt your soul...we clicked right away...I feel like we have a destiny...and are ment to be weapon and Meister...but more so...as well."

Saiko was left speechless. She never experience how it feels to love or have a crush on someone, so doesn't know if what he said could be true.

Vail kissed her cheek and whispered into her ear, "You saved me Saiko."

"F-from what..." She stutters, surprised by his choice of words.

Releasing her from his hug and stepping back a few feet, "Honestly...I was thinking of not giving this place a chance. I was going to strike it out on my own...go live in another area..."
