Weapon Form: Belated is a double ended spear. There is no butt, and only two heads and the shaft. The shaft is 5 feet long and consists of polished black mahogany. There is a black rubber grip in the middle for comfort and convenience. The two heads are 6 inches in length made of titanium.

Appearance: Belated is a half hispanic, half black girl whose skin tone is like a light caramel color. She has long, brown straight hair that reaches just above her waist. Her eyes are green with a round shape to them. Belated has slightly rosy cheeks that make her look like she's blushing. She also has one dimple on her left cheek. She is 5'4 and 110 lbs, she has a very well developed body and is moderately curvy. She wears a white T-shirt with a sunset graphic on the front, white short shorts, and turquoise flip flops. The clothes may vary on her location and the weather. She also has a heart necklace that opens up with a picture of her grandfather inside.

Personality: Belated is like your shy nice girl. She may seem like she's disregarding you and aloof at first, but she's just shy. Due to this she is a bit isolated around new groups of people. She's very talkative, she just isn't the first one to start the conversation. Belated is a slightly flirtatious girl, always dreaming of finding her Romeo, and may try to impress a boy she likes at first glance. Once she confides in someone completely, she puts them before herself. Belated likes to draw, paint, sing, and go for walks out in nature. The reason for Belated's slightly plain attire at times, may be due to her strong belief that beauty has to come from what's inside a person.

History: Belated was born in London, England to two weapon parents from Death City, Nevada. Belated had been born middle class, so she lived a relatively good life. Until one night that changed everything.

It'd been an extremely stormy night when Belated was about 6 years old. She'd always been scared of storms, but her fear was never anything she couldn't control. But this night, the storm got so bad it causes a power outage. Belated began to scream and cry in the middle of her room in the dark. Her grandfather, who'd been visiting at the time, heard her cries and went to the room to see what was wrong. Belated heard the door opening slowly, and thought it was a monster. So out of instinct she stuck her hand out trying to slam the door shut, which turned into a spear. It impaled her grandfather who was on the other side of the door. He died immediately on contact. The accident that night left her traumatized for the rest of her life.

After a funeral was held, her parents told her about themselves being weapons, and how they'd never told her about her own abilities. Shortly after, they decided to train Belated to be the best weapon she could be. Although initially hating her abilities for having taking the life of her grandfather, Belated finally grew to appreciate her powers.

After several years of training, Belated had found out about the DWMA after watching a news report on it. She asked her parents to let her enroll there, so that she could protect the good and stand up for the innocent. At first, her parents were reluctant about letting her go to Death City, but eventually let her go there to let her unlock her full potential.

Belated's goals are to become a hero like her mom and dad someday. Another goal is to see what it's like in the place her mother and father are from. Her biggest goal, however, is to feel like she can make up for her grandfather’s death.


Miscellaneous: Belated's name was given to her, because she was born two weeks later than what the doctors predicted.

Belated is still slightly scared of thunderstorms.

Her parents didn't want her to go to the DWMA, because they're afraid she might get hurt doing a mission.

She has been trained for 10 years by her parents.

She doesn't really have a British accent, but when angered or sad, she can slip into it.
