| Name: Helen Fulgerson
Gender/Sex: Female
Age: 16
Meister: None Yet
Weapon Form: Helen is one of pair of brass knuckles with a blade extending from the pinkie-side. Helen is intended for the left hand. In weapon form Helen has the following color scheme: dark grey on the handle and a black blade. The blade is 4 inches to start with, but can grow to be 6 inches and vice versa. It is also retractable and can be sheathed or unsheathed on will.
Love Interest: None
Orientation (Sexual/Romantic): Helen is a heterosexual (straight).
Appearance: Helen is 5'4'' and is a relatively medium 115 lbs. She is a bit on the skinnier side but is physically fit. Her hair is different than her brother's in the fact that it is light brown, and she keeps it far more orderly and nice. Her eyes are a hazel shade that somewhat matches and compliments her hair, and her skin is is a bit more tanned than her brother's, but is still rather fair.
The way Helen dresses is almost opposite to James. She often wears very colorful clothing ranging from red blouses, to purple skirts. However, her usual set of attire is a pair of jeans and sneakers with a colorful t-shirt. She is also quite fond of wearing large headphones whether she is listening to music or not.
Personality: Helen not only dresses differently from James, but her personality is very different as well. She is very vibrant and is fairly energetic most of the time. She enjoys being silly and can be seen pranking or teasing others. She has a very different take on life than her brother and is always up to date with new technologies, fashions, trends, etc. Sometimes she can feel a little too happy, causing her to jumble her sentences and forgo understanding the gravity of some situations.
Helen isn't as manipulative as her brother, as she creates more real friendships than he does. That doesn't mean she doesn't manipulate people, however. When the occasion arises, Helen isn't afraid to charm others and pry for things she needs. Unlike her brother, Helen is more focused on academics, but she's far from top of the class. Despite all their differences, Helen still looks up to her brother, and remains within a close proximity of him most of the time. She is also familiar in wielding her sibling, but isn't as adept as James is.
History: James and Helen are descendants of many generations of weapon gangsters and mobsters. Their family extends across the world and in many large cities, and you can usually find someone who is connected to the siblings. James and Helen were raised by their mobster father, who quit his criminal life (mostly), to live with his girlfriend, who was also his meister. They never married as they thought it would be too much trouble, but they still wanted their children to live normal lives. This didn't work out, however, as the siblings' father had to continue his criminal life due to old rivalries and debts. Their father's group of mobsters were the type that typically operated behind the scenes, helping the poor, evading taxes, and paying off debts for people.
James got involved in his father's work, and began to enjoy it, even going so far as to consider himself in his father's gang. On the flip side, Helen didn't really want to get involved in crime and usually managed to convince James to not get involved too much either. James was rather torn, he enjoyed pulling strings and beating up scumbags, but he also knew that his sister was right. Thankfully, Helen found a solution that would suite both of them: enrolling in the DWMA. Their parents were accepting of the idea as they would be safe, and they would be doing something they enjoyed. Not long after, they received their acceptance letters and so began a new chapter in their lives.
Miscellaneous: Helen is capable of creating electricity in both her human and weapon forms with little effort/energy. Without a meister, the voltage is fairly low, ranging from a simple rub-your-feet-on-the-carpet-spark to the power of a few small batteries. With a meister, however, the voltage is increased by a quite a bit, becoming almost comparable to a taser. Helen often uses her electric abilities to startle people, including her brother. An interesting thing to note is that Helen can not shoot her electricity by herself in both human and weapon forms, she requires physical contact to shock others. In order for her to shoot her electricity, she must have have brief contact with her brother, such as a high five or a knuckle bump. This also works in their weapon forms, and usually results in a meister frequently touching them together either by connecting the actual knuckles themselves or striking their blades together. The following electric projectile comes in the form of an orb.
