Description:
Richard is somewhat short half-Caucasian half-Latino man, age 22.  His hair and beard are unkempt yet short.  He wears tattered jeans and a tank top, complete with an arm covered in elaborate tattoos.  Like many Kishin eggs, all his teeth appear like fangs.  When still visible upon using powers, his eyes and tattoos glow.

History:
After a troubling life of poverty, Richard Oliveras turned to independent muggings to get what he needed to scrape by.  The pickings were slim, so it only helped marginally.  That's when he saw a tall guy in a suit walking through the alley he had marked.  Unfortunately, it turned out to be a witch.  The witch who did not reveal his name shoved a soul down his throat and told him to keep eating souls.  The idea of eating souls for power sounded better and better as the corruption took its toll on him.

Mirror Image	Richard can make one image of himself appear in a location he can see. The image moves how he wishes, though is unable to make sound or affect its surroundings. If someone touches it, it immediately dissipates.  His image always appears glowing as if using powers.	5
Color Spray	Richard can shoot a small cone of bright lights of various colors from his fingers. While not blinding, it can be quite dazing.	5
Orb of Light	Richard can generate a ball of condensed light, hold it, and throw it.  The effects are deadly to normal people, damaging to others.	5
