Appearance:
Standing at 6'1", Narcissus is kind of a lot to take in at first glance. He has several piercings on his body, some that are clearly visible and others that lie underneath his clothes. His hair is a blonde mess that he often just covers up with some kind of beanie. His default expression makes him look mostly apathetic, but his actual personality... That's a matter to be covered later on. His eyes are a bright green, a color that he tries to match with most of his clothes. Of course, he balances out the bright green with black. He paints his nails occasionally. It looks nice from the distance, but up close it's kind of rushed looking.

Personality:
For a simple summary: Narcissus is a lazy pervert.

From spouting innuendos to making suggestive lines (there's a clear difference, he'll say). Not a day goes by where he doesn't make a move on someone. Even though he identifies as a homosexual, that doesn't stop him from making moves on girls too. That tends to lead him to breaking a lot of hearts, but he doesn't actually care about that kind of thing. His method is essentially: "Get what you want from them, then leave them behind". Anybody who's ever affiliated themselves with him before mostly dislike him.

He can be manipulative at times. He can be incredibly lazy, and if he's not quite up for something, he can just ask someone to do it for him. Maybe after a little buttering up, though. He'll say anything he needs to say if it means someone will do a job for him. Regardless of how simple the task might be, if Narcissus isn't up for it, it'll take a lot of convincing to get him to do it. His partner will most likely end up doing most of the work, if they can even stand his constant flirtations for more than a day. Sometimes he just shows up to class in his pajamas, if he's feeling especially lazy.

There's this side of him he doesn't really talk about a lot, mostly because he dislikes it so much. The part of him that enjoys gushy romantic things. He considers it one of his biggest issues, the fact that he's always thinking about domesticity when it's something he never thought he'd be interested in. He knows all those things will drag him down, but somehow if he doesn't focus he'll always find himself thinking about settling down. If it's brought up he'll deny it. There will never be a time where he'll openly admit those feelings, unless he's forced to.

History:
Born into a family with two older brothers, Narcissus was the younger son. Their family had a great deal of money, but it was very clear that Narcissus would not gain any of this wealth. Being the youngest out of three meant that his older brothers would get everything. He might be able to live comfortably, but there would be no actual success for him. The realization had hit him when he turned 18, and he decided that he wasn't going to let his family carry him comfortably anymore.

However, he found that years of spoiling would not treat him well in the outside world. His last name was really the only thing that helped him get an actual job, his resume was lackluster. He wasn't really sure what he wanted to do with his life. The only really going for him was that he could 'sense' when people were near. Like he could perceive someone coming close before he could actually see them coming close. It didn't really make sense to him, but he tried to use it to his advantage.

He got into the dating game, but found that it was much more fun if he was able to snare as many people as possible with his words. This caused a lot of heartbreaking, but he didn't actually care. His family often expressed disapproval of his actions, but they never actually took action against him. There wasn't any sort of plan they had for him anyways. What he did with his time was his own, though they viewed it as incredibly distasteful.

Finally, he found his calling. Being a meister sounded amazing. Wielding a weapon and taking down evil, he would have people crawling all over him. Not to mention he'd probably look really attractive if he saved somebody's life. Unfortunately, his lack of combat experience leaves him totally unprepared. Not like that really matters, he can just wing it, right? He plans to become the best Meister the DWMA has ever seen.

Miscellaneous:
- He has a very basic level of Soul Perception. He can sense wavelengths and perceive nearby souls, but can't actually visualize them.

Solid character. Text color is a little painful on the eyes, but the character design and concept are pretty good. I enjoy your writing style too.~
