Variant Ballistic Chain Scythe
Takuma’s weapon form consists of a three foot long cleaver with the handle set inside the blade on the broad edge, a chain of indeterminable distance links to the handle of the second half.  A custom pistol with a katana blade of equal length as the cleaver which has the capability to fold in on itself creating a scythe that lies parallel to the slide of the pistol.  The chain is linked to the trigger of the pistol allowing it to be fired when not directly held by the wielder.

Appearance: Picture a smiling youth with fair skin, crimson eyes, and black spiked hair. Standing of relatively small stature, and also of relatively small form, he is anything but imposing. As a matter of fact, given his tendency to act much like he appears to strangers, one would assume that he is as he appears: an innocent, young child. But, looks are deceiving, and this one is a pure psycho-maniacal homicidal sociopath(Despite the redundancy of this phrase, it is fairly accurate) rather than innocent. With a constant grin, shining eyes, and skin free from blemish, almost radiant in its purity he is like the romantic depiction of a Cherub, despite only being such in form, given his youthful self and yet oddly diminutive size. But purity and innocence and kindness are not traits he has much of.

On to more descriptive features. Standing at four feet and seven inches, Takuma can be much described like a chesire cat, commonly found smirking or perhaps grinning, which reveals serrated, shark-like teeth. (Additionally, they’re always present for any reason even when he pouts.) Perhaps that makes him more like a bloodthirsty chesire catshark, considering that this unsettling dental factoid is combined with brilliant shining red eyes that look upon the world with maniacal glee. Take warning, for the glimmering light you see in his eyes could either be genuine interest in you (as a person) … or he’s decided you’re his dinner. As prior mentioned he is of relatively short stature(mostly due to his age) and of a small physique, implying that he is a non-combatant, but really it all adds to the facade of his 'harmless child act’ as his seemingly fragile by merit of size body is potent

Personality:
As a result of his mental instability, or possibly as a coping mechanism, Takuma acts far younger than his age implies.  With a (seemingly) complete lack of empathy Takuma seems to only acknowledge his brother and a few select others as a person, most anyone else is seen as a food source or is simply ignored.  Ironically, while he often acts like a feral animal, he is always willing to allow his brother to reign him in so to speak, deferring to his instructions in almost any case.  This is often necessary as he often loses himself in “the heat of battle” as he attempts to kill whoever has drawn his ire, assuming he is simply not bored. Still, one must ponder how much of his projected persona is true, and how much is a facade.

History: The Fukui family used to be filled with such joy.  Your average family, a husband and wife, two kids and a cat, living in a small house in a nondescript suburb.  Which makes all the more strange that two small children from this family would find themselves in Italy being “reprogrammed” just a few years after the youngest sibling's birth.  It was a competition that had been going on for decades between a group of witches.  “Who can make the strongest weapon?”  Several years of work went into the pair, as well as several others who are not the focus of this narrative.  The brothers were instantly separated, and except for a few stolen moments the eldest managed to procure, they were largely isolated from each other.  

Perhaps the cruelest development was the differences in their upbringing.  Takuma’s owner largely saw him as another experiment, affectionately naming him D27-Ω.  The latest member of her dark weapon trials.  On a good day the young child was subjected to painful tests which slowly stripped away his humanity leaving him a feral beast that would attack anything in sight.  More often however, the witch would play with her experiment to toughen it up, or simply to amuse herself.

However, it seems that fate is not as cruel a mistress as people often claim.  After years of training, they were rescued by a small force from the DWMA, and now stand ready to possibly restart their lives in it’s halls.

Miscellaneous:
Soul Wavelength.  Takuma has a particularly vitriolic wavelength that fluctuates rapidly at random intervals.  While his brother can wield him with ease, simple physical contact with another person results in a violent backlash from Takuma’s soul.  A keen observer would notice the similarity to the Soul Menace technique.  However, this reaction is completely unconscious, and Takuma has almost no control over it.

Exceptional senses.  Most all of Takuma's sensory organs have been artificially enhances, making him extremely perceptive of the world around him.

Soul Perception.  Takuma was made to be a hunting dog for his "owner."  As part of his reconditioning, he was taught soul perception in order to read his enemies, and track down his prey.  This may be linked to his enhanced senses as he claims to be able to "smell" peoples wavelengths.

Improved body structure. Using both magical and mechanical means, Takuma's owner altered his physical structure, giving him increased strength, speed, agility, endurance, and durability, without unduly changing his outward appearance.
