Please have no one related to Kid or Lord Death. I don't care about Asura or Arachne or any witch or any other character, just not Kid or Lord Death...

Because it has come up before, please, do not have characters raised by or related to cannon characters. This decision has been in place ever since the bio acceptence process was implamented with very few exceptions that I'm aware of.

Even if they aren't related, I think shinigami in general shouldn't be allowed.
