Target Information: She often sneaks into the academy to find more men who aren't clever enough to see through her disguise. She has murdered several students of the DWMA and mentally scarred the ones who get out alive. She believes that what she does is perfectly normal and that she has committed no crime. Evelyn is known as the Seagull witch and is a powerful user of Water magic. She will be difficult to fight due to her ability to fly.
